Minor bug report: If you accidentally eat 2 things at once when your evolution countdown is at 1, you will skip 0 and go straight to -1, unable to evolve and have to restart the level. Otherwise lots of fun for a short game!

yeah it wasn't the best the graphics were nice as a retro style with the place but the game was lacking first the the fish moved to slow and the the two didn't have anything different about them .

This game is a great game, this is a lot of great content in 48 hours, You should make this game a full game or add a sequel to it, Something like that, people would be paying to play it. Nicely done.

Not to be a critical a-hole, but based on what I've seen, you could do very well. I know that this game was made in a very short time, but if you were to make a sequel, I have a few recommendations. For one, in the beginning, wouldn't you eat plants or be a more cellular organism? Two, what if said hypothetical sequel/expansion followed a more traditional evolution theme (like with evolution trees based on what you eat). For example, eating more crabs might keep you aquatic, while eggs will make you more humanoid. I love the pixel art, and the game already has edible diversity. + so AdventureIslands can see.

I've never made a game so I'm sure this is great for 2 days work, but my reaction to finishing was "that's it?" This is a great start to a full game! Make the levels more varied and give some new ability with each form. I like that progress went up. I loved seeing the smaller spiders in the 3rd level. I assumed they were the same spiders from the second level and it was a visual cue that I'd gotten bigger.... but then the eels and crabs were the same size. Good music. Only real complaint is there is a leaf over a pit in the bottom right of level 2 that you can't stand on but looks like you could.

This is really fun! but I would give SO much for some hit points. I'm not bad at games, but I hate one mistake ruining the last couple minutes of work. I mean, maybe I get HP later, bur right now, I"m struggling to get past level 1...

Wow, I remember being frustrated at this game when I was little(er), know that i'm somewhat good at games I nailed it, so so did the developers!

48 hours? You managed to make one of my favorite flash games in 48 hours. Very well executed game, you're a very talented game designer.

Tiny indeed, but very impressive for only 48 hours! This game has much potential, and I heartily support the notion to make a more rounded sequel.

Would be AWESOME if there was a sequel where you could CHOOSE what you evolve into, and at the start whether to be herbivore omnivore. P.S. plants added too for herbivore.

Found that occasionally game allows you to go into negative score, requiring restart. Would love to see this with more levels, and maybe a unique path to evolve, depending on creatures eaten.

I love this game. Make the game longer by: Making ur eggs hatch (reptile)
fly and eat humans..My ideas ended. Great game!
