Well the grinding starts in the Land of Sacrifices(around level 20). I can't get past the first level without taking serious damage. I'm wearing Plate Helm, 2x protection rings, str amulet, Chain Mail armor, Tower Shield, and Dwarf Hammer. I have 120/145 on all defense. All I can do is run in cast Justice Aura, Holy/stone/Def armor, run around killing whatever till I'm close to death then exit, heal and do it again. Trying to get more points to get better equipment. Not too much fun atm.

Needs a area map of where you've explored or the whole thing period. I can only look and get stuck with 'was I already here?' and 'where am I suppose to go now?'.

4/5 otherwise... for this issue, 1/5 coz it kinda makes this game unplayable

damn, cant get "Glory In Death" achievement. Im such a coward, on low health i always run away to another screen with barely any health left.

meteorkry, the cost of the sacred wood ring don't matter, cause it'll tell you when you're able to buy it. It probably cost's 10000 coins, though.

the way he auto-attacks reminds me of the classic game "dungeon siege". too bad he doesn't have an auto-collect-items command like that game...

How to easily defeat the Knight of Pain (Final Boss) with Eladen. Cast Astral Aura (does 100 points Holy Damage whenever anyone enters the 'sphere'). Then 'skirmish' with the Knight; get close enough so that he enters the aura and takes 100 damage, and then run. Get close again so that he takes the damage and run again. Continue to do so until the spell runs out. Recast and continue until he dies. Of course you can cast other spells as he closes in, but the Astral Aura is still the basis for this attack method.

ive been waiting so long to find a game with a combat style liek this game.. i enjoy it alot but i wish there was better personalization.. like a specific class u can choose at the begining ..like archer mage warrior ect... and the skill tree was definately lacking but all around one of the better rpgs

Okay.. so I've been playing the game awhile and now all the sudden, my hot keys are broke... like I will put any spell or item in the numbered slots and when I push the number on my keyboard, the disappear from the slot. I have 57 healing potions.. I know I didn't use them all. They still appear in my inventory.. very annoying.

YEAH TANK THOSE GOBS YEAH YEAH!... thats what it is like a lot of blood and I personally like that my guy runs from enemy to enemy. Needs better skill trees. all in all 4/5 this is one of the better games on kong

The main thing that amazes me about this game is that more people aren't playing it. An amazing effort. It does have it's problems but is well above the usual quality of games on Kongregate.

Ok sorry apparently in the game guide they said: Ranged: % of attack using distance weapons.
well then, what the heck do they mean % of attack? Like if my ranged attack is 150% i would do 150% of my weapon damage?

According to the maps of Dark Forest - Heart there seems to be a cave to the north, but I couldn't find it when I went there. Is that where the quill is supposed to be or is it just me being bugged? Or is the quill somewhere completely different?

Luthor: Go into the woods and kill the enemy commander for us. By the way, hes got about 1100 guards you will have to fight including lancers, orks, mages, and archers. Use this dagger to kill them all. Good luck!

in this game light potion is like a 15 box bill ... it drops as much as gold!
the merchant should say : it costs 25 light hp potions! just potions, i dont want coins! Coins are puny!

can someone tell me where to get the quill of faust? i found the ink(cemetery, land of sacrifices)-which i presume it's a quest given AFTER finding the quill, so i assume i must have missed it in the earlier maps.

I don't know why, but I think the first game was better than this one. It's not bad, so it's still 4/5, but personally I'll stick to Eukarion Tales 1.

I made a ranged build. It seems like it should work well... but there are quite a few monsters late in the game that make it really annoying. The abominations and orc warriors both block about 90% of all my shots, meaning it takes 20 to kill them (2 successful hits). I'm not sure what I should do about this, my ranged skill is 342, which I think it quite high. I have about 250 dexterity. It's true, I'm still using a crappy war crossbow, but I bought the revenge bow and am just throwing points into strength and spirit to be able to use it now.

Auto attack is a great concept, but not in this game. An auto item pick up would be nice. Skills are useless, intelligence does not increase the amount of points you get at level up, and why is the only weapon in the whole first part of the game a dagger? I already got one, why do I need to find 4 more? Not like I can dual wield them. 2/5
