Trying to recall, but I think you need a fair number of True Disciples to convert to Ambitious, then the additional screen will appear.
That is correct :) The exact minimum for the first Ambition Prestige is 99 True Disciples (which will in turn be converted to Ambitious Disciples, used in the Ambition Stage)

How do you unlock Ambition stage? I received the comment about going to other planets but nothing new unlocked. I have devoted a couple times since then. I am down to needing a couple Ed and training upgrades. DO I need to finish them or is there someplace I should click that I am missing. I expected another arrow to appear.
Hey there, you need 99 True Disciples (created from the Amalgamation Station). Afterwards, you can do an Ambition Prestige. If no button shows up for this (click the Prestige Bar below) and/or the hotkeys don't work, that's definitely bugged and I'll see to it that it gets fixed ASAP

I believe the mini games are locked for now. There are only 2, Meowruto & Jimmy Feline. Jimmy Feline is also a stand alone game on Kong. The ability to turn ore into bars has not been released yet.

Got to the Ambition stage, but I think I hit a bug where it didn't give me access to turn refined ore into bars, so now I'm stuck only able to gather ore and refine ore.
Hey there, there's a manual you can access (top left button with book icon) that includes a lot of additional information. But I'll try to include this information in-game (e.g. hovering a Department for additional stats).

Responding to my own comment about trial 2:
The issue was that I started trial 2 before trial 1. Therefore even after finishing trial 1 I didn't get its bonus for trial 2 until I ended and started it again.

Was all fun until Trial 2. It's either bugged or I'm doing something fundamentally wrong. As far as I understand, manual petting should be the way to go but even when mostly buying upgrades for petting it would take days to finish it. (+petting feels super clunky)
Hey there, in Trial 2 you should upgrade your Cats as much as you can and pray they actually produce Karma (1% chance of that happening). Especially speed upgrades are the way to go. You should manually pet only to get some levels (optimally, go for 999 for good milestone effects). I hope this helps :)
Hey there, you get your first blessing after you've collected at least 27 Gifts and done three Ascensions (Prestige for Gifts). You need to Prestige for Blessings as well. This is the third Prestige layer. I hope this helps :)

I got the first wheel of fortune correct... and then failed 6 in a row. Pretty bad luck. One round I had my board cleared twice and went bankrupt so I could only pick 1 letter and it wasn't even on the board. Had to guess with a completely blank board and like 7 words. Category rule. The answer wasn't even a rule and called itself out on it. Literally no way to have guessed it without having gotten it wrong prior. Just seems wild. Maybe I don't know enough about cats.
Hey there, thanks for the feedback! Wheel of Felines has been changed quite a lot, I just haven't been able to update it in this game yet, but there's a standalone version on Kong, which is quite different from the one in LotCG. I'll make sure to update it soon though!

It says I have 6.62k true disciples available, but I need 918 to make them ambitious. Is there a display error with one of the numbers, or am I missing something else I need to turn them? First Disciple does not give the option.
Hey there, yes, the number displayed on the progress bar is currently bugged because I put in the wrong value, sorry :D It will be fixed in the next update. As for the actual number needed, you should have 102 AD at the moment, which means you need 99 times that (10098 to be exact)

Hey there, no, this is definitely intended, but may be tweaked in the future. This and "Theoretical Degree" both don't go up in cost but instead change the type of Disciple needed. Thanks for the feedback :)
Blutprint upgrades require 5x the actual amount so they don't decrease the current max pop. I'm thinking of removing this requirement and instead put on a warning that all disciples over the new max pop are lost.
There are a few ways: Karma production influences Training speed (Training time = 1200 seconds - (ln(KarmaPerSecond) * 2)). Also, there are upgrades that directly speed up the Recruitment agency. Lastly, at a later stage of Devotion, you'll get other bonuses to this and other Departments

@Aimless: Nevermind. The error is not caused by your game. I turned off everything running in the back of Windows 10 and kept your game running the whole night. No error. So the problem must be something else. Maybe it's time to get rid of windows 10 on the old workstations too.

@Aimless: I've sent you the save-file. This problem is common on Kongregate as you can see in the comments of "Mighty Party" for example. So you would do the community a big favor, if you find a solution for this problem. The only thing I can say is, that it happens to me in Firefox and in Chrome, so it is no browser Problem. And it happens on Windows 10. We don't use our Windows 11 PCs for gaming in my office, so I don't know if it is a Windows 10 problem.

I bought the auto gain favor for 999 Blessings but I can't see where to interact with it to set what threshold to gain favor for me. The guide that opens in a new tab didn't actually say that detail.
Hey there, the "Auto Gain Favor" feature gets you Favor based on the number of possible Favors (starts at 1%) with each Automation tick (starts off at once per second). You don't actually need to do a Favor prestige once you get this upgrade. If it does not work, check out the "Automation Menu" inside of the Settings Menu. Usually, when bought, the box should be checked. If it does not work properly, that could be a different issue. Please tell me if the problem still persists :)

Hello! I have a problem that seems to persist in the community. In the 3rd trial even though i have 29 gifts, i still cannot receive a blessing. Is there a way to fix this?
Hey there, this bug will be fixed with the upcoming update, which I hope will be released by the end of this month. Until then there is a workaround, found by another user: during the trial click the save button, reload the site, load your latest save file, start trial 3, which will bring you back to where you saved it just before. You should be able to do a Blessing reset now. I hope this helps :)

Im kind of in between about this game in the beginning there is to much to do and later there is to little to do. I like that it is still being worked on.
Hey there, it's true, a lot is going on in the first few days of gameplay, where playing actively helps you unlock everything faster. Only the workshop and Construction Company can hold disciples for more than a second. Everything else reverts to 0.
I need to hold the mouse button down over the + to keep anyone assigned.

Hey there, check out the Automation menu and go to the 2nd page. Either change the values or uncheck the Departments you don't want your Disciples automatically assigned to. If the issue persists, please let me know.

Since people are pointing out bugs: both Construction Company and Workshop gain top out very low, at 264 regular or 44 B/E Disciples assigned. Is that intentional? It's a pain point for the CC especially, because the number of disciples you need to devote quickly outpaces the number you have houses for when construction speed doesn't grow...
Hey there, Trials require about 20 minutes each (average time, depends on your play style, either passive or active). To complete them, you need to reach certain goals, then Prestige and complete the Trial. A quick walkthrough: 1st Trial: pet the cat, buy Upgrades and Cat Paws whenever possible (prioritize Upgrades), Prestige when you reach 1 billion Karma. 2nd Trial: pet the cat to increase your other Cat's levels and buy Upgrades periodically. Do a few Favor Prestiges and once you can ascend, do that and the Trial is done. 3rd Trial: Pretty much the same procedure, but this time you need to get a Blessing. I hope this helps. Have fun :3
