Even though most of the commentors are being unhelpfully rude, it's true that the computer seems to have a definite and annoying statistical advantage on their die rolls. If this is unintentional you should look into your randomization code, and if it's intentional you should think about changing it. Still, it's the closest flash to risk I've found yet, so you get points from me there.

...level 3 got frustrating when i consistently lost 90% of my battles... even when it's a 6:1 ratio and i lose all my units.

Nice game, I didn't find it too unfair really, just built units in 2:1 takeover ratios and just spread that way.
4/5 :)

This game sucks the computer always wins the dice whenever they attack the CPU doesn't even hae to roll he just takes it no matter how many troops you have this is a -1/5.

Fantastic game, I personally love risk and think they did a fantastic job of bringing it online if risk was indeed their inspiration. If only less people complained about their shit luck, and more people played.

I'm currently stuck on level 3. It is too hard, since the odds are in favor of the computers. Is this a game of strategy or luck? Because this game relies more on luck.

This is a great game and has the makings of something truly entertaining. If i had to suggest improvements (which i by no means do) i would recommend that:
1. if you have more than two units in a territory you should be able to choose how many you attack with. And 2. that there be a mechanism in place so that if you attack with more soldiers than the enemy your odds of conquering are increased. For instance perhaps attacking with 6 units against a teritory with 3 units would add a plus 2 bonus to your attack roll or something. These changes (especially the latter one, seeing as both myself and numerous other reviewers I've noticed are tired of attacking with a force of five against a force of two and losing twice in a row) would improve the game substantially. All-in-all i think it's a relatively good strategy game, the only real problem being the lack of balance and difficulty derived from these issues. Additionally, a CPU difficulty selector would be nice for single player games.

I know Risk, and you sir, are no Risk. If this game were Risk it would be good, Risk is a good game and would be fairly ambitious for a flash game. This on the other hand looks like Risk but doesn't have any of the things that make it fun to play. I'm not going to go into all the differences, but there are many. What this game lacks is any ability for a player to turn the game around. Once you start winning, you'd have to be a moron to lose, more territories means more troops and more troops just roll over your opponents. Once you start losing there is no mechanism to get back into the game. Ironically, the first level is actually the hardest and basically is a coin flip. Whoever goes first wins in virtually all situations. Although this has all the trappings of a strategy game it lacks any decent strategy elements and for that reason, sucks a fat one.
