the song for this game is called past present future by oliver tank + if you want to keep the name of this song in mind and to keep it alive, *sigh* such a beautiful song!

This game has the main person as someone who is normal, but in a philosophical way of what many philosophers want to know:Are we really controlling ourselves?...or are we controlled by a different person...?

The main role of this "interactive" fiction is an emotionally needy psycho who acts entirely on impulse which is something I really can't relate to. I feel no sympathy for him when he makes this "mistake" because I feel no connection or emotional investment and I can't mourn his death because, for all I know, he had nothing to lose. The conversations were dull, the pacing was too slow for me and the instructions were unclear. With its linear story this could barely be called "interactive" and stating that the game tackles the topic of free will is absolutely ludicrous. The fact that X does not exist in this game does not prove that X does not exist at all. If you really want to talk about free will you need show us what "free will" really means. I'm not going to say that everything about the game was wrong, but I will rate it 1/5.

This game made me cry. This is sadly what love truly is. Death is the end of all relationships, even a relationship with life.

If I could add a suggestion if you make a game like this in the future, make a sort of ending continue page, like in that pixel dragon game, you know the one. Make it so you can continue from any of the chapters.

this is a nice game... omg they're going to do it. the light goes out and it tells me to click. when i do the lights come back on and it moves to the right and... OMFG

That guy probably has some anger management problems to work out. I don't think he knew what he was doing when he killed her, he just followed the voice.

It is a bit of a slow game, actions could happen faster.
But it gave a very big impact. The story was okay, but the music was stellar.

Great game, dude. I was a bit confused on the vagueness of the instructions, but other than that it was a fantastic game. Worth every second.

Wait...did it explain why he killed her??? I don't know how to feel about this game if I don't know if he's crazy or not.

Agree with Rarykos, Kong is perhaps not the best forum for this type of introspective, interactive art piece. One could interpret the slow pace of the game to reflect the dark atmosphere, music, and seriousness of the actions of the main character. It is designed to make you think not an "Ooh, look at all the pretty colors" type of game.

I see a lot of work put into it. Nice crt effect. It was surprising, but a bit too slow. Actions could take a second less, or things could move a little faster and I think it wouldn't break the mood set by the music, which was great.
Put it up on newgrounds. It can't be well received here because this is an interactive story, not a game.

Wow...3/5. I wish that I could scroll faster, but I liked how high the creep factor was. Good job. Definitely philosophical.
