Ok now i got it. Very counter intuitive: the faster you kill the asteroids, the faster they spawn. When i got that, i always placed first ever after. Just by not building any offense at all. I think this game needs some serious balance.

bgran, look at the aa gun shoot, it never hits the ships, not for me anyways, it will always shoot to the same spot, to the left of the ship its aiming at, and it always fails.

you sending asteroids at them doesn't add to their score....nor them sending to you. the very first asteroids you see are the only kind that add to your score. the more powerful ur weapons...the more you kill

how am i supposed to win here dude. christ it's impossible. i never get asteroids and i always hurl mine at the enemy and even on easy it's like mega hard to win

I Dont get it. How am i supposed to score more Asteroids, if no Enemy sends some to attack me ? When i spam the Enemy with Aircraft, they get more Asteroids. When i completely anhillate both with Asteroids showers, they get more Asteroid count too. If i just leave them alone, hell do they get more Asteroids. How is this supposed to work ? I cant shoot more than what comes to me.

The AI is pretty dumb. The enemys only win because they get double astroid count. That always sucks, like in a racing game when all enemys have faster cars.

This game is compeltely and totally impossible, no matter what you do, the CPU always has about 300 to 400 more asteroid kills than you do, it's just plain retarded.

Im sorry but this game isnt that fun 2/5 for several reasons 1:Major bad gameplay 2:The AIs (computer) are too smart 3:The game has bad quality. The 2 for good defence style

wow. tried to be really smart and all..
turns out that building fast cannons and 2 death-rays is all you need, on any map. build 3 or 4 factories, 2 lasers, rest cannons. upgrades cannons first, then lasers. sell factories, build more cannons. win. too bad, bit boring this way.

I can't say for sure but it seems like some of the battle end while there is still time left. I had 50 seconds on the timer left and started spamming attacks but after I sent 2 or 3 waves it just ended.

i either suck, or the dude is 'fixing' on and off and tweaked the difficulty by accident. cuz i cant win a single time. every battle i lose severely.

I like this a lot, just a few problems as others have mentioned;
Saving during campaign is really a necessity;
I'd also like to see damage values on the different towers, as is you know that 'upgrading' makes it 'better' but for someone who likes to micromanage in this sort of thing, I want to see how much improvement I'm getting for the money.
The tooltips and help is great, I've played through quite a bit though and still haven't managed to figure out what everything on the UI is, not everything is intuitive.
Overall giving it a 3/5, but could easily be a 5/5 game.

So, is the Smuggler's Den disabled or what? I played through all the missions on medium and a few on hard...the game was pretty easy and the gameplay didn't change at all from mission to mission, which is unfortunate. The size of the planet and placement of crystals seems to have no bearing on the gameplay.
