I'm going to be honest here, I don't trust this, you're saying you'll just mail something worth money to random people for playing a game or commenting on it, call me sceptic, but I don't believe this, plus, the winner would have to give you information to send him the gift card and no one on their right mind would just send their address over the internet at the promise of "free stuff", sorry but I flagged you. also: do NOT rate this comment up please.

This card is being given to SOMEone. If you don't want it, that's fine. But I'd ask you to keep the negative comments to yourself so that other people can just have fun with this. Also, I'd like to know what you flagged for exactly, seeing as this doesn't violate any rules.

Are we really so childish as to rate down every comment, just to prevent people from getting a Christmas present? Disappointing.
More than anything, I just wanted to see the way people would react to this contest... and you know the anonymity of the internet brings out the worst in people anyway. Now they have incentive? I might just end up writing a paper about the psychological effects going on here.

In a normaly game you shouldn't suggest players to do these things.
You know you're actually supposed to flag games only if you have a reason to. Not liking a game, or thinking it is lame isn't really a flaggable offense....

Oh by the way. You really should have taken the warning about not trying to cheat the game. I see quite a few people tried the "Right-click, forward" thing.... I can tell this because there is a score of -10,000,000 in the highscores already.

this is an good idea but it seems like it would turn into people try to rate everyone's comment down and maybe even staying up till midnigh just trying to get highest comment.

Neat concept, but I agree with Metal Ganon in the fact you need to be able to see your current points. Another idea is that you can win an upgrade to how many points per second you get.
Nearly any method of displaying the current score to the player gives hackers a free access point to changing their score. You'll just have to look under the Highscore tab in chat. Sorry, but fairness > convenience in this game :P
