I just didn't have anything better to do during free time, so I browsed my computer randomly when I encountered Flash Professional, and looked interesting (this is when I was 13). Started to play with it for a bit and once I realized the program was for making games I was surprised and looked up random Internet tutorials to make some of my own! You can find the list of my games in the Zetaboards forums.

2) Probes are really dang grindy and click heavy. You have to click the build probe button 256 times in order to get that achievement. Then you have to go through your shipyard and build and send off each of those probes one by one. It's just not necessary. You should be able to pay a premium or whatever is necessary to be able to send multiple probes at once and be able to speed up all the probes at once. Even a speed up all ships travelling button would be amazing. Just my two cents on two things that get way grindy late game.

Another quick set of suggestions. Some things in the game feel excessively grindy for no real reason except that the UI isn't refined enough yet. This isn't meant as a harsh criticism just as a direction to put your minor adjustment efforts. 1) If you have a planet of crystal factories there should be a way to use all of them at once. Having to click on each factory and put 100 Billion ore into it each time is horrendous when the game expects you to eventually have made 50 quillite. Same for having to put in liquids. It takes something like seven or eight clicks to put a liquid in and get it going. So just someway to streamline that process at all would be awesome.
Most of your suggestions should be (expensive) unlockables otherwise it would facilitate the achievements too much. The 50 quillite thing is worth a whopping 38k AP (iirc) because it takes time to get. But yeah for end-game players the gameplay should still be less grindy.

is there an hidden uppgrade in science tree? mine is full and i dont get the perfect scientist reward for maxing out the tree

Minor issue I'm having. The crystallization menu doesn't close after I select a quantity of ore or a liquid to crystallize. Nor does it close when you press X. It must be manually closed. And occasionally the image persists after you close the window, such that if you go up to solar system view you can still see the crystallization menu behind the planets and suns making things hard to see and preventing solar system movement and essentially necessitating a refresh.

I only encounter the Shipyard bug if I use the new Go button for Fleets. Just conquered two solar systems including shooter battles without any problems.

Another bug. (Am I helping you by reporting these?) If you click the blue i button, sometimes it doesn't save, and I head into "NaN" list of pinned planets.
Indeed you are! Every issue (bug/glitches/imbalance etc.) reported helps the game become better for everyone else. I'll have a look at the bugs you commented (along with everyone else's)

Hi, dev, I have a question/bug(?). I was wondering if the idle game was supposed to progress while you were offline like the game. If it was designed to, it sadly doesn't produce water while offline, making the galaxy full of water achievement hard to obtain.

The game felt smoother a bit now compared to before u changed it to gpu in the first place.Weird....But i believe if u can use the gpu to its fullest along with cpu then it should be much much better

The new update causes a shipyard bug. If you click a ship the click the "X" the tab shrinks, even so you cannot fully exit it rendering the game unplayable until you reload the game.

Can you raise the limit on the tech tree or add more stuff to it because the late game you have billions of science and the only thing you can use them on is the UT attack upgrade.

Just a quick bit of feedback from a player with a large save. The switch from CPU to GPU doesn't seem to speed up or slow down the game a noticeable amount. If I had to hazard a guess though I'd say it slows it down just a tiny bit.

DirectMax should be a spinbox to select which level of each/any path I want to reach. 'Cause I can't afford it for now ^^, and moreover it is a very long time on a level 1 planet : more than 115 DAYS for an Ore Storage!

Bug report for The idle game: An achievement says "Have 260 gravitators" To complete the goal you must have 270 gravitators.

Minor bug- if you have the research window open and you use the I menu to travel to a different planet, the research icons stay on the page after you close the research window.

Flash will probably have an update before too long that will wipe saved games like a few others - please add the ability to save/export progress.

One last thing, I tried conquering the last solar system in the milky way that I had left which finished off the galaxy for me and neither counter incremented. Tried a refresh and it still didn't take. Might be the counters still need work?
If you're checking the values from the universe stats panel (view where you view your superclusters) then they do indeed need work. If you're checking from the achievements, they don't update the counters (deliberately) for now as I'm not 100% sure if they'll work. Thanks for testing the counters!

Addendum to that last comment. Institutes really need some kind of late game buff. There are achievements for having an insane amount of science points. And they'd be achievable if building 1600 institutes on a size 1700 planet wasn't impossible due to the incredible amount of lag it would create. So yeah basically both comments boil down to late game requiring a way to have quality over quantity. Because the game really slows down hard over 6000 buildings.

I would consider an alternate naming scheme for planet names to allow for easier identification. One option would simply be something like "1-2-3-4", where 1 is the supercluster, 2 is the galaxy, 3 is the solar system, 4 is the planet.

Hey, so, checking back in after a while and deleting a ton of buildings really helped! Even with all the exploring I've done I managed to get my save file under 2000kb. Only problem is I had to delete over 2000 ore storages. Is there any way you could make it possible to get more powerful buildings without having to build hundreds and hundreds and making these cumbersome saves?

Another suggestion :D. If you don't have enough research points to unlock the next tech upgrade you could outline the technology red and when our mouse is over the tech the numbers could be red, instead of green.

@Metalmade power plants are exceptionally powerful for its insane storage. My solar power with a lv 23(not even max) storage upgrade has 330G.ITS 330G!As for the production, it really depends on the type of sun.A class 0 sun has an insane lumosity(not even the highest.I havent found class G suns yet).To give u an idea, my level 20/23(both upgrades arent even maxed yet) solar panel itself has a production of :90.909(base)x1.105(dist)x848.15(luminosity)=85.1k energy per sec.If I upgrade it to max+add a ut overclock imagine how powerful it will be.keep in mind that lv24 storage has an insane 1700g PER solar panel.Yep i know the costs are insane but once money is simply peanuts, solar panels will replace all except one of your power plant base.(Conserve one big one for ball farm)

About the .Sav comment, you could probably look to the Learn to Fly Idle dev, or Monsters Den devs, for some insight.
Can you send me your .sol files so I can see how "unplayable" it is and get a view on how it lags? Search your computer for universalSave.sol and copy that and your save .sol to somewhere and upload it to a cloud storage.

Hey again,
when you have a savegame and start another one, in the planet tab are still all the planets listed of the first savegame, when you click on one planet of the first savegame nothing happens.
But you can't see the planets of the second savegame.

Solar Panels are pretty useless, my Solar Panel (Lv 13) directly placed near the sun generates 24 E/s, but my Power Plant (Lv 20) generates 1250E/s and is way cheaper. That beside, i really really really recommend that Ore/Energy Auto Transfer, isnt just transfering from your current active Planet.

can you add option to disable floating xp gain when building is complete? its givimg me insane lag when i am upgrading every building on planet
Did your computer crash or did the browser close unexpectedly? If so that could be the problem, because the game purely relies on save data to make sure the save is, well, saved. Make sure to backup your save once in a while (search your computer for "universalSave.sol" and copy every .sol file that appears in that directory).
