Great Game, very simple, addictive, very fun! However, Flash doesn't have sound controls and the lack of a mute button hurts these games quite a bit. Don't assume your users want your music at top volume. So from 5/5 to 4/5, and +1 star if they add mute button or volume control.
And for those of you who say "use Vista to solve that problem" I suggest you see how much faster your computer runs under Linux or XP. There's no need to sacrifice a few thousand dollars worth of hardware quality for a sound mixer.

I love how this game looks so simple in a first glance, yet it is so deep and involves so much strategy. Not to mention it is pretty hard to resist to "only one more try to break my last highscore". :P

Great game. Highly intuitive with a lot of room to improve one's own skill. I don't know if I'll ever reach the Restaurant in timed mode, but I don't mind if I don't. The game is a lot of fun anyway.

An easy way to get a star slide is to get a lot of horizontal speed while still making it above the moon. Then, the starslide come really fast and will hit you more often.

Would it be possible to have a record of what you have done in free swim, just so you can keep track of what you have been doing? if that was added this game would be beyond perfect.

Ok, I got the card and some other badges for this, but what determines the bonus rings. I got up to 412,000 and not ONE turbo ring. Other times I've seen 3 in a row. Matter of getting a lucky board I guess to get to the end. LAME

When you get going fast enough, there should be either stars or you're light spectrum behind you. If you want an effective landing, even yourself with the direction your trail is going, and you should land it 9/10 times.

For you guys who can’t reach the top, here’s one of many ways. 1. Build up horizontal speed, DO NOT, DO NOT do fancy tricks just get 20 nice entries as fast as you can (you should have about 1:00 left when you get them). 2. Do one NORMAL 45 degree jump and do a starslide, do another, expect to see Nebula with these two jumps combined or getting the diner is utterly hopeless. 3. Tailslide to the top (titled says it all) Make sure you’ve starslided ATLEAST three times before you do this. If you reach Uranus (you should) DONT STARSLIDE, otherwise you wont have enough time! Just come back down and do another tailslide and BOOM! Go up again and just keep starsliding, that’s the only thing you can do now (your timer should have run ot by now). There you go! That guide is best used if your ONLY going for the diner, not points.

The starslides are way too fckn random: ten runs in a row I didn't see 1 after wandering star, in around 50 runs haven't got one above wizard's eye

you will need to go higher than mars to make a bigger splash. to displace the water you land anyway other than a perfect dive, preferably in the stomach.

@sbonagof - dont go perpindicular to the water..think of the water as a brick wall; hit it straight on and you stop, hit at an extreme angle and you will bounce off

im having trouble making a big splash. anyone got any tips? I can make it to mars, but my splashes only amount to about 14 liters. i'd appreciate any help anyone could give me!

OK, I get how to starslide and jump out of a starslide. What I don't get is how to jump out of a tailslide on the surface of the water and maintain my speed. It just doesn't work for me. I get all kinds of horizontal speed (like 130m/s) and then with 40 seconds left, I land in the water while rolling, hold the down button to maintain the roll underwater, then go up and do a tailslide (holding the down button), then immediately jump out of it by hitting the up button. I just don't jump as high as some people here are doing. I get about level with the sun, then I come back down and I've lost all kinds of horizontal speed and I haven't jumped that high. Can anyone explain what I may be doing wrong?

no, not difficulties... I use Safari and Firefox... safari doesn't register the scores or badges or even the card, but firefox does... also, the carnival glitch only works (or doesn't work, haha) on safari.

the game is working now for me... there were two glitches, the first one was the carnival: it rapidly multiplied your score... the second was the not starting glitch which only lasted for a little while. they are completely unrelated

I have the same problem as BzAli. When I start a new game, the dolphi does not respond to any commands and the timer is on 0:56...ONCE THE SCORE SAID 1,250,000 but then went back to 0. this game is seriously glitched
