they key to pwn in this game is to get a horizontal speed, not vertical, so that when you starslide and jump you will go really far.. but to get the to restaurant you need to be lucky and find lots of star =x

Love the game. This is one of two games that I gave 5 stars on, however I would love to see a practice session where you could just work on whatever aspect you wanted to, ie since I need to work on starslides, I would want to be able to jump up to at least Mars without wasting time trying to build up speed, practice my starslides, and then come back to free swim to try to put it together.

just had a big jump the fall back was 1 minute 40 seconds i wonder how many meters is that. game sucks theres no info on free swim needs to be on screen info

just did it again timed it this time, passed the restaurant 22 seconds high the way back down was a long 1:20

i just passed the restaurant by something like 12-15 seconds and the way back down to the sea lasted something like a full minute or more it was cool first time i been playing this game a lot but this time i just tried to star slide all the time it just gives you a crazy speed jump kind of bonus , yea also tailslide at sea before you jump to space, man passed the restaurant like 15 full seconds high 0o

If you approach Pluto travelling towards the right, then you more often than not hit a starslide which should get you to the restaurant. I've never hit one coming from the left

i have not gotten to the restaurant, but i think this is the method:
Do many almost horizontal jumps until you get to at least 20-nice entries. After that Tailslide and jump, you should hit the moon starslide. Try and catch as many starslides as you can going up. The Nebulus starslide is important (I think) and hard (for me). After you get past Saturn you will likely have no more starslides. Nice entry back into water, do another tailslide and repeat. Everything else is luck.
****Note: If you are going <<<left (your trails are to your right), you will have greater difficulty catching starslides (because they come from the right side) ***I THINK

this game is fun enough though. i give it 4/5 because of that annoying luck concept and lack of variety. there should be other things like races or like hopping through hoops or something instead of just hopping up and down repetitively

I believe your vertical speed coming out of a starslide is based on your horizontal speed going into it. Essentially hit the starslide at the shallowest angle possible to get the most height out of it. Also I think the distance you get is based off your first starslide on each lump out of the water. That's what the tail slide is for. You can use tailslide to maximize your starslide boost on each jump after you hit your first one.

it's all luck once you are going 10 X lightspeed, it's like a 1/25 chance you will reach the last and most important star slide
