For those people who are trying to beat heroic boss rush, here are some tips. Fully upgrade your character (attract and spreader not needed). Kill small mobs if there are a few. Prioritize dodging. Save your third jump in case you're about to fall on a projectile. Your main gun should be prime not missile (faster/kill small mobs). For the first four levels, try to get hit <4 times per boss. Number=chapter, letter=form, Rush=focus, tank dmg(Aegis) 1-Dodge+Attack 2-kill yellow birds except for when boss gets C 3-Jump/Move constantly 4-Use missile or prime when shell breaks 5-Fall into left side use missile(absorb)/rebound for distance attack 6-A dodge, B dodge or rush, C rush 7-A/B get out of his way when guarded use rebound on mobs, C shoot falling lasers, rush him when his guard is down. I hope this helps for some people.

Pretty good, but having options to disable up-to-jump and enable (analog) gamepad support would be reaaaally nice~! I don't do too well on games like this using mouse and keyboard... x.x;

I can jump 3 times and bounce bullets all over the place. Great. Now if only I could jump or shoot within 30 meters of corners without getting blocked. ...and switch weapons without moving my hands to the other end of the keyboard.

Fantastic, awesome, addictive and menu music makes me cry. I can't find words to say! 5/5. But last 2 badge so hard. I finished two hard badges in 3 hours. :)

Easiest way to get the Runner Hard badge is to max your Spread gun and your Character stats, best way to get the Boss run badge I found is to max your missile gun.

A brilliant game although there's minor bug with badges. Last badge displays [Best so far: 9999] even though it's a boolean. That's not a game fault though, just Kongregate's

Positive points: excellent gameplay, fun, enjoyable, excellent alternate modes and minigames, great upgrade system.
Negative points: ok, memes can be fun, but you should try to come up with at least a few jokes of your own; otherwise, you should just stop trying to be funny.

When I try to get the in-game achievement for destroying only the boss in level 1, it keeps saying I killed 5-6 monsters when I don't even fire until I get to him. Why is that?

There's an issue on Runner Mode where after a certain speed, if you shoot something straight ahead of you, your bullets spawn behind the target because it has passed through the origin point while you shot.

Also, the lava suit says it protects you for a short time, but you still get hurt the moment you go into lava. Annoying.

An autofire button would be very nice. And a couple of the waypoints seem a bit too far apart, but that might just be me.

Only real flaw is the cut scene at the end takes longer than playing through the game. Should at least let us skip it...

want to get the "do a barrel roll" achievement ???? then upgrade ur missile gun to max and get triple jump or double then goto snail king's place and stand on the first step & make sure u stick with wall and have patience
kill the snail's 1st life thenu can target to that shield stick at the corner and also absorb the bullet that comes from above
u need a lot of patience and when u break the 1'st one then goto corresponding step and do the same throw ur missile at the bullet to stop it
now doit with 99% of ur patience or u may get the damage.
also do not let any fire ball in that room for ur chances of getting that achivement

I love this game, it's one of those awesome games I just wanna complete everything for even if there are no badges for it 5 stars!
