For those curious about how to play this with SuperNova SWF Enabler plug-in, use this address provided below by copying the entirety of it and pasting it onto the address bar at the top of your browser to ensure that it bypasses the ‘GameShell’ issue that have plagued many earlier games of Kongregate: supernova://play/?swfurl=https://chat.kongregate.com/gamez/0005/7819/live/CrushTheCastlePP_Kong.swf?kongregate_game_version=1254763542 Make sure that your latest installation of SuperNova works correctly, as it will not function if it cannot load games that can work fine without this bypassing of the SWF files here (Used Google Chrome dev tools to get the link).

@wherebear - I got the same issue. The game runs fine on Firefox, but it's not registering my achievements. The file even transferred to Google, since the extension doesn't run here. Am I going to have to send reports and screenshots to claim any badges I don't have for now?

To use supernova, the screen resolution must be changed to 1024x 768. Achievements from other games are not activated.

I didn't get the badge yesterday even after 2 missing badge reports. There's also another Flash game of which I don't have the badge. But at least I have all 5 badges I need for this week to get a shiny Kongpanion. F in the chat for everyone who's going to miss out on a shiny Kongpanion this week. At least there's a single HTML5 game, so everyone can at least get the normal Kongpanion.

Kongpanions are back but flash is still dead... Supernova has a lot of bugs and security flaws... So now it's all matter of luck, if 5 botd are already earned badges for you from the past you will get that sweet shiny otherwise get mad and get rekt.

Kongregate, can I request you find a way to get badges working with Supernova since a lot of BOTD are flash games? Especially since you brought back Kongpanions, which are heavily dependant upon it.

pro tip: destroy all the castles any way you can, unluck the superbomb and have funearning easy gold medals, the unluck the triple superbombs and have fun destroying every castle in 1 shot

if theres ever another player pack, there should be a requirement that the gold medal be achievable with the initially allowed ordnance, AND repeatedly achievable with fewer than 5 complete resets. no more of these "pray for a one-in-twenty lucky shot that doesnt create an impenetrable safe room" castles.

some towers you HAVE to get in one shot, or you wont be able to clear the remaining enemies due to the rubble. combined with the finicky launching and physics, the game is more frustrating than it should be

the hard badge is relatively easy. destroy all the castles and at the end you get a super bomb regardless of how many shots it took on any of the castles. the super bomb makes easy work for any castle you didn't get a gold medal on.

The royal family and all but one of their guards is dead. That guard is entombed under 80 tonnes of rubble and ammunition... Too bad. Better give him some time to rebuild.

44 golds and can NOT get the last 6 gold because i cannot get the last power up explosive so i can get the last 6 in gold i have the easy and medium badge but in order to get the hard badge you need the last power up but to get the last power up you have to have a perfect game to get a perfect game you need the last power up.....o wait i am giving this only 2 stars because i played em all but impossible to get some for me cause the launcher wont stop when i click it either stops early or late not when i click.

there should be a fourth achievement that you only get when you crush all castles in only 1 shot each called "pure extasy"

I like how once you complete the game and get gold on every level, then you finally get the three super bombs, even though you don't really need it any more.

Some of these castles have only one weakpoint that you have to hit juuuuust right and then have to get lucky for the after effects. The Citadel; plain sucks.

F off i had most gold 35 rest in silver ,i didn't had 3 super bombs(non sence) didn't say how to get it and my pogress is gone,what a bullshit game

Day 389720: Still trying to find the perfect pixel by sheer luck for the super bomb to land at that precise spot for gold medal. Day 172839 and 262113 found the spot, but the totally erratic physics engine meant that one brick fell just a pixel of to prevent the necessary cascading effect for gold medal. The repeated tries, continues.
