I would just like to mention that I didn't complain... But merely stated my personal view... In any case... it would be strange if this game would have a badge because many seem to say the game was too short... In that case... You couldn't have a serious badge... But I never took the time to finish it so I'm basing that idea on what I read only...

graphics are good,
but i agree you messed up the game in general its pretty much impossible to finish a surgery first time around.
and it feels way too rushed.

I agree 2DArray. When I got thrown in the first level, I was really confused because it wasn't clear what I was doing. I know the screen gives you directions, but I could have really used a tutorial that didn't have a time limit. It really took me a few tries to even beat the first surgery and that was only because I had memorized the steps from the other tries.
After losing the second round a couple times, I thought I could gain more time by getting the patient drunk again after the whiskey wore off. That didn't work.
Maybe it's because the computer I'm using isn't really made for graphics. Maybe it's that the game is too precise and I have to click small areas (the foreceps hate me--if I can grab something sometimes I can't let it go). Or maybe I'm having trouble because I didn't play the first game or any of the surgery games on the DS, but I really don't like this game.

Quite an epic game. I'm usually not a big fan of "bitmapped" games. The music was excellent, MaestroRage did an incredible job. As for the game itself, I had some difficulty with the easter egg, but later on I found out that you just needed to press the number 2 in the main menu. To me it felt a little bit like Trauma Center. I'm a big fan of this type of game. Another thing... more levels. I know it takes a lot, but such a good game shouldn't be so short. I'm saying that when I was playing it, it was so good, that I thought it shouldn't stop. The fourth level was quite easy, contrary to popular opinion. I showed my dad the game, he vomited on my desk after seeing the blood wound in the first level. Goodbye project. Well, the thing that really pissed me off is that it said "pour alchohol on the wound." Okay, which alchohol, the whiskey or the beaker? Well, overall, this is one of my fave's, and it well deserves not only a badge, but a card. Jmtb02 did quite an excellent job.

the blood and wounds look so real lol, its really creepy... but well done. Also there is massive lag when it goes into that thing when you pour alcohol on the wound

Man... I don't know why there's so many people complaining. Of course this is much better than cartoon graphics, it's a great evolution!
This game is awesome. Congratulations for the creators.
I understood the intention, but the only detail I dislike is the sound it makes when the patient dies.

Less than 1 star.
Ridiculous.
The buttons doesn't work the way they should, sometimes you have to click more than 1 time for the tool to work and it's easy to miss the click on the tools cause they are amounted.
The graphics are not so cool, they are kinda confusing, they should have kept the cartoon thing.
Too bad, the firt is 5/5, this one is less than 1.

Epicness. The last level IS possible,but you're cutting the bone,it's obviously going to take a long time.

Pretty good although way too short. I don't think you would lose too much if you went back to the flash style for the images, it might be easier to grab the tools. (still working on town drunk and the easter egg)

love the graphics, but i dont think they're nauseating. =\. to use bandage: go to top right corner after you click it, there will be a wheel that you spin

Good game but really short, just like the last one. Maybe some different surgeries, like Trauma Centre but not in a cartoon/cel shaded way.

First game was flash style and animated, you should have stayed with that concept, the game was extremely graphic intense and lagged even when quality was set to low. When you find something that works stick with that. Try new concepts like changing the format on different games.

Garbage. The first one was way better. This one you can not select all of the tools when you are supposed to. 1/5 bleh

I wonder why a Surgery game needed to be so gore and horror movie like... =/... Also... the music was quite nicely done... Though... the sound effects were pretty much the worst... I mean... What's up with the noise when the patient dies? Something to get someone to turn down or off his speakers... Anyways... I guess it's really just my own personal opinion really... Just not my cup of tea >_>

...Damn. I don't think I've played a more intense game to date. I think my heart was pumping in time with the game. Excellent game.
