The tip is that you shouldn't really rush into anything here. Give the patient whisky until he's 100% drunk, to neutralise damage done to himself.
Then you can just go ahead and -kill- I mean, heal the victim!

This is an enjoyable game, controls work fine for me, and the only reason the tools are buggy for othe rpeople is because you don't own a graphics card or the one you have sucks nuggets, I have an nvidia Geforce 7300 series and it plays this perfectly, not a bit of lag, no tool issues at all, so go get some money and get a graphics card...

Got to the part where you save yourself I failed the first time because I didnt know my health was low so I try it the second the time I get to the saw part and the saw is flipping spazzing out and I can't do anything about it.

Challenging! Took a while to figure out how to use the tools and what to do. Would have liked more levels, but a great game nonetheless!

The size of the tools and their overall ackward use makes this more frustrating then fun. Huge tools, tiny screen...no good.

The original game was good, but this sequal was a little too hard. I thought the patient died too fast, and the whole crazyness with the alchohol on the wound really threw me off guard. 2/5

zelda he probably gets paid to advertise it under armor games...but great game could use some more work with the bugs and stuff but overall good work

Very nice sequel. The only thing I can complain about is the occasional bug in a tool, like the skull fragment not coming out at least twice in the second challenge, the saw not really working all too well, etc. The achievement thing is pretty cool, even though most of them are easy to get. One more thing.. when the patient (or you) has extreme pain and that little cutscene of white and black comes up, it really lags my computer, regardless of the quality I set it to. Could you somehow fix that?
Other than those things.. awesome game! 4/5

really laggy, the controls are crappy, and some of the buttons seem like they dont work or are just so sensitive that you waste time reclicking the same thing over and over. Ohhh and the failure sound was about 4-5 seconds too long. Seriously, it goes on and on.

Too ambitious with the graphics (lag), and the controls are too clumsy. Stop putting everything so close to the edge of the screen. It won't track the mouse if we go off, you know. 2/5

No that was just me. I assumed all icons worked the same. Anyway, I was a bigger fan of the first one. This one is okay. It lags which was pointed out that it would do. The first one had a cool atmosphere about it. This one not at all. This one seems more about graphics then the game.

This game has potential, but is too buggy right now... it's hard to click on the proper tools, that needs to be more intuitive.

the graphics are good, the sound when the patient dies is annoying but can be turned off so its ok.
but the time... man how do you expect someone to understand the game, read the given instructions AND perform the surgery in such a few seconds? ¬¬
maybe it would be good to have a help section on the main menu to at least explain the tools and give an idea on how and when to use them

The time allowed is too short if it's your first time through and you have to read the prompts. I also had trouble switching tools due to the small size of of some of them. It often took me two clicks and half the time I didn't realize it hadn't switched so I dragged the wrong tool back onto the screen wasting valuable time.
