god damn i cant play this on armor games for the extra surgeries/ treatments kuz for osme reason it lags on armor games and it near impossible to do some surgeries during periods of mass lag

Get rid of the flashy fkin bombs and the vibrations and the fkin time limit of 30 seconds and then YEAH! I would TOTALLY say 5/5. But seeing as how you cant possibly perform a surgery in 30 seconds WITH mobs blowing up around you and blinding beams of light AND the screen vibrating to screw up your aim - 1/5.

Love the game and the series, EXTREME MEDIC!!! also love the blue screen part too. Knowing what you're doing while not being able to see it, that's what i love about the series.

i am not a genius but if a man had a peice of metal sticking out of his shoulder, I think I would not be worrying about remenant fragments....stitchit up and get the holyhell out of the war zone....silly logic in this game...not a fan...

ok...so as I am playing this extremely gross, but cheese filled game, I realize that it is lagging on my awesome 3000 dollar machine, which means 1 thing because it is not extremely graphix heavy...this coding sucks in the game...also what is up with the annoying letters that pop up to further the plot in the surgeries...if you stop work on the patient they die...cmon this could have been better...i think...

Part 3, the guide lines are a little too low. Aim for the top line, and the surgery is a complete, aim for the middle, and it is a fail.

Love this game, brilliant concept, maybe a futuristic concept would be available if it were to be set directly on a battlefield?

Best game ever good graphics good game play except you can only play first 5 level:( also wouldn't sawing half your hand off bloody hurt but it's excellent apart from those 2 points 4/5 :)

THIS IS A GAME ABOUT DOCTORS JOB...BUT WHEN I LOGGED OUT...THIS GAME BEGINS TO BE CRAZY AND MY JOB (as a gamer) CANNOT BE CONTINUED...that is so pathetic
