I love this game. One thing that doesn't make sense to me is how is it that technology is advanced enough to make a hole through the entire earth yet not advanced enough to create a rocket that could launch a hedgehog to Mars.

So I have my hedgehog flying around anywhere from 20k to 40k feet at the sharpest angle possible... He just won't come down now and its been almost a half hour.

ok, now, how should we go about this? should we use rockets, a shuttle? how do we send this hedgehog into space? "a slingshot! we hollow out the earth, then we add multicolored platforms, then..."

Right so, I ran out of fuel at about 2 minutes.. the timer is still going as he continues bouncing. Timers at about 20 minutes now. Thinking I could get about a million alone off this one jump..

PRO TIP:
If you go faster sideways, you are more likely to hit platforms over a smaller vertical range.
Same with coins.

If you get up high, then turn on the rockets to one side, the game will just play itself...I made $40,249,460.82 in one launch

I just earned $982,449.34 in one launch. I looked at the timer and noticed I was playing for ten min. on the same launch and knew it was time to stop playing...

Hello, Mr/Mrs Developer! Pleeeease don't use time-limit achievements. Don't you want us to play your game for ages and ages?

While I appreciated Snapshot103's suggestion, I respectfully disagree on one thing:
You will find the hard badge MUCH, much easier if you begin by putting 2 into height and 1 into fuel. This gives you greater lift at the beginning and a chance to see more green, yellow and purple platforms on the way up.
Then keep moving horizontally in one direction. This gives you a higher likely hood of hitting platforms and makes this much less about luck.
All his other purchase suggestions are spot on, though.

anybody else amazed that a 10ft hedgehog carrying a huge jetpack can fall 3 miles without a parachute and survive w/out a scratch?

You guys commenting about the 10 foot tall hedgehog and 350 foot corn need to remember that things are being measured in hedgehog feet, not human feet. :)
