People keep complaining about the refreshing problem, but I found a way to refresh faster. I just hotkeyed my refresh button to the keys "F" "U"

one more tip for those who want to get the hard badge: upgrade your left/right rocket (but not both) as soon as possible, and keep your speed to the left(right) at maximum, disregarding any coin/platform distribution. This greatly increases your income, as you will cut across the largest area. I got more than $4k on day 2 using this method

janders5 that is an awesome strategy i beat it on day 4 and i was like 20 feet away on day 3 i couldnt even see the sky only blackness and stars

First upgrade band and hight twice(if you skip boxes it saves you money) try to get 30 dollars then you will have around 700 to 800 dollars (after multiplier). Now upgrade your e-rockets and parachute. Then shoot up in the air at 0 mph use e-rockets then when at your peak use parachute and avoid the platforms but go to the money after that run upgrade e-rockets all the way and do it again. Then upgrade your band an hight to its greatest i would recomend doing band then hight. Oh and it is about skill to not only luck you meed to know how to control your side rockets so practice a few times. I hope I helped + so ppl can see this! Have a great time!!! time

A little tip to maximize your purchasing power - buy in bulk! It's cheaper to go as much as possible into, say, Launcher and only upgrade Band a little bit than it is to try and keep them even. Although from other's comments apparently you don't want to buy the e-boosters in bulk because it won't register the ones you skipped.
Oh and do NOT deploy your e-booster during your initial launch because it will slow you DOWN to 50 mph. Screwed up my 5th day win that way, had to do it all over again.

After numerous complaints about how the hard badge is based on luck and annoys lots of people, Kongregate responded by making the badge "badge of the day." What does that mean? Simple: it's the big K's way of saying "F U."

After failing... over and over and over and over... I landed on five golden platforms and lasted 30 seconds on the first day, and made 2700... so there is hope after all... just depends on how much luck you accumulate.

Day 5: Reached Space. - I bloody can't believe I did it. Like so many of you before me who were about to give up, I was about to give up, but I kept trying(with an hour to spare) and bam, did it! Look for JackAlbrecht's tip, it really helped!

I got supra lucky and was able to get all of the upgrades and make it to space in 4 days took me less than an hour XD , but still pretty hard badge to get, cool game by the way :)

I got it!! I got it!!! Oh my God!!! I got it!!! I've been trying all day without any decent early Days. Then said I gave up about 20 minutes ago. Then I decided to try again and came within two feet. I was devestated. And then I failed, and failed, and failed some more... And then... I got it!!! Day 5 with all things bought. And I have tears of joy.

Just got the hard badge. In my humble opinion, parachutes are the best way to boost your score -- they'll greatly increase the time you're in the air, so long as you hit nothing (or, if you've got more than one, hit a green or yellow).

STRATEGY for 3-5 days! Put 2 in launcher, 2 in band. Collect as much as possible day one, pray for a yellow booster or something. Next goal is to buy an e-booster. Launch until you reach zero velocity then deploy boost. Hold down the left or right arrow to get yourself moving quickly in one direction. Next, buy maximum left or right rocket and upgrade band and launcher. If you move fast enough in one direction you never need a parachute and the boosts keep you bouncing at about the same elevation. You'll rack up enough cash to purchase everything and launch into space. All you really need are e-boosters, band and launcher.
