For those curious about how to play this with SuperNova SWF Enabler plug-in, use this address provided below by copying the entirety of it and pasting it onto the address bar at the top of your browser to ensure that it bypasses the ‘GameShell’ issue that have plagued many earlier games of Kongregate: supernova://play/?swfurl=https://chat.kongregate.com/gamez/0011/9642/live/ACTIONHERO9_Open_NGKONG.swf?kongregate_game_version=1311365704 Make sure that your latest installation of SuperNova works correctly, as it will not function if it cannot load games that can work fine without this bypassing of the SWF files here (Used Google Chrome dev tools to get the link).

@archebob Oh, how I wonder your comment got downvoted, hmm. Maybe because you are complaining about playing 9 years old game in unsupported technology through an emulator? Or would that be because Kongregate already announced that they are not going to give BotD to Flash games since 1st April, so your problem will solve itself?

Extremely laggy picking up items, supposedly use arrows to rotate item but it doesn't work for me and combining item is hit and miss too... how this crap got to be a botd I'll never know

Is there a way to play adventure mode again? I know I can click on "play adventure mode one more time" but it's not from the beginning.. The stages are still finished. I hope y'all understand me.

This game is really awesome. I finished it in one sit and I enjoyed it so much!
I wish it was longer or there was Help the Hero 2. :)

I... I intentionally lost the final fight to see what the enemy's stats were... and it still gave me the ending? Like, the "everyone is proud of the hero" ending..? Confettis and everything??

Here is a tip for challenge mode: if you have something that you can't put, you can put it back to the front of the conveyor belt

Tip: You only need to be stronger in 3 stats to win the level. Check what the monster is strong against and skip that type of item entirely; if you try to use all 4 stats you'll quickly run out of inventory and might have to spread your stats too thinly, ending up losing in all of them.

This game is a lot of fun but I despise that I can't skip through the long "fight scenes" where no fighting actually occurs. It drags terribly.
