It's so satisfying to show up to the final battle with three of four stats maxed out. The flashing bars of doom just shining in the enemy's eyes.

why would i take the big potion for sell if its costs the same of the minor potion?
And the same with the axe and the dagger...

Kinda buggy imo, only on the second level and I can't complete because my mouse keeps getting stuck (i pick up an item and i can't drop it.)

"ok im a monster im gonna hurt the villigers i know wut would REALLY destroy these villigers apear at the theater cuz EVER1 goes there any way and fight the hero, NOT kill him and walk away doing no more damagee"

I don't understand how wearing one helmet over another would help without obscuring your vision sir, but hey, I just pack the hammerspace.

I applaud my hero for successfully dual wielding muskets and using a sword and dagger while chugging 2 massive potions all at the same time!

the fact the he can hold a sword, a halberd, and a katana, while simultaniously firing a musket and slingshot and still having the ability to drink 2 potions is nothing short of amazing

The game has a bug. If the point of the spinner lands in the middle of win-defeat in the last fight. You will first get the message of defeat and after that you get the message that you saved the village.

A really nice look and feel to it, but gameplay is not particularly interesting and is obviously repetitive. Too few upgrades and no real choices to make turns this into a ten-minutes-at most forgettable game

I initially gave it 4 for the nice art and dialogue, but I had to lower it to 3 because the controls are AWFUL. Half the time I lose an item because it takes 5 clicks before I can move another one already on the grid aside, and then it will fail to register the placement of the new one 50% of the time anyway. That really needs to be fixed.

I really like this game, the storyboard part more than the freeplay part. I just wish it were longer. Are there any more games out there like this?

Character's designs suck. the heroe's face really creeps me out. Gameplay sucks too. Over all, I give this game a 1/5. I just know the next time I see this comment, it will be rated -20 or something.

another meh game, its been a long time since kong put out a game i really enjoyed and didnt take more then a day to finish like sonny or gemcraft, its been quite some time since ive seen a new in depth, great story, addictive gameplay game, just little fillers like this

i love how the helper is sarcastic "all i did was to equip you with the lands greatest weapons" and the fight with a small child against a slightly larger child.... with weapons!

It would be nice if there was a losing screen for the final level, the village celebrating and the little speech about the hero is a bit out of place if you've just lost.

note to everyone complaining about range...i want to add this...you only NEED one musket, you can leave the rest and just get a mustket pouch or two afterwards...its more about the ammo than about a second musket

gata hand it to you, dam good game, great concept, very origional and great story for a assistant. would have been greater humor if the side kick was a little more bitter, but the counts jersey shore atitude more than makes for some good laughs. 4/5, for the whole "ignore one of the four attributes and focus on the others to win every time." thing. a indepth enchanting weapons system during the pick up phase woulda been cool and brought the game up for me as well. good job fox, you becoming more like your father =D

I feel that range is terribly underplayed in this game. The range weapons take up a huge amount of space and you don't often get ammo for them, and worst of all, there is no 'half-way' range item. Two shining axes, two armors, two big potions and you've maxed everything but range, put on a musket with 6 ammo and you're not even at halfway, add in the obscure shape of the musket and crossbow, as well how you have to sometimes grab two muskets at the beginning to fit in the 7 shells throughout the rest of the level, it just leaves something to be desired there. I like the general concept of this game and it was a nice little new system, however I would also like it so that you don't get to buy all the upgrades before getting to the final level, makes the game too easy, grab two of the best item and then you just have to worry about range, that is if you are even TRYING to get a perfect win.

If you already have a musket, just equipping another satchel full of ammo will give you the bonus! No need to carry 2 muskets! plus up!

uhhh... why doesn't the servant guy just kill the hero with all the weapons he collects and then use them against the monsters?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
He didn't stand a chance, sir. It was like watching a fight between a small child and a slightly larger child. Who has weapons.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
"He didn't stand a chance sir. It was like small child fighting with uh, a slightly larger child....... Plus Weapons " LOL o.O

To who are confuse witch "Weak against: Defense", to win the game, you have to have stats better than the monster, so, when it says that he is weak against defense, thats cuz he dosent have defense or defense is hes lowest state. Got it, people?

@SteelGuy: You are not the only one who types properly. On a related note, I wonder what the percent of people on here have spell check and what percent of that percent actually use it?
