I couldn't complete level 20 so i left for a while to give it some time I came back i clicked play and i automatically got the badge

Once you realize that the key is 1 direction at a time, it helps a lot. The best advice for the entire game is, on the levels where you have 4 way stops, just alternate between opening both lights in 1 direction, then close it and let the other directiong through. Never have both green. This way cars can't collide. The other big thing is pay attention to the type of vechiles. They all have different speeds. Bikes are incredibly fast, semis very slow, but they give a 3 car bonus. Level 20 is a bitch though. Open all 4 lights except the far left one at the very start and let a few through, then close them again. After that it's just paying attention and having good timing. The most important thing for 20 is to always be trying to clear up the 2 lanes on the right, they are very short and back up incredibly quickly.
