Finished the hard badge (and the medium one) on my first try, it's really easy if you use these guidelines: 1. (not day one, just 1.): upgrade the nail. 2. research artillery 3. from now on, all you'll need is to repair 10 times. I escaped by day 10 using this strategy. Good luck! Remember to use the birds to kill the dinosaurs whenever you can!

So now I'm at the end of day 11, I only bought artillery and gold nail and killed EVERY SINGLE ENEMY, and now i lack 302 gold for the last reapair. areyoufickingkiddingme?

I really wanted to give this game 5/5... It was a lot of fun!
But this game is a little too random. Not only are the waves random, but the same monsters give different rewards based on nothing in particular, it would seem. First I thought they give more reward the earlier you kill them, but that did not stand as fact. -1 star for that. If the game at least tried to compensate mobs for reward upon each day that would have been a little better (I mean random mobs, but with a sum value of at least X per level, for example).
Then there's the issue with the controls. While I see it as a game difficulty in trying to juggle each of the weapons on to each of the mob types, after a while it get really frustrating to use the mouse for this task. Using shortcuts for the weapons would have kept the game's challenge while being less frustrating. -1 star for that.

Looks fun, but dragging the weapon to use it is almost impossible on a tiny smartphone. Mobile-optimized version at some point?

I just can't do good in this game, I die all the time :c it's so difficult! I hate changing weapon and trying to keep track of everything >_<

Failen's guide leaves me short. Buying the golden nail and artillery only leaves me with about 46000 average, which is not enough.

Yes! I finally made it to 11 days! My tips: NEVER heal of course. Yes, the games are completely random. I figured out that if you can't afford the artillery and gold nail within the first couple days, quit and restart.

the idea for the game is great. the fact that you have to hold and drag all weapons repeatedly gets annoying very fast. rule for a good game: make it fun with controls that make sense.
in this case, the controls are a handicap, which i consider makes the game not even worth it.

haha I tried 3 times using the gold nail and turret strategy, best 12 days. And then I tried without buying gold nail and I got it in 10 days :D

To those claiming that the rusty nail is not working the very tip is the only part that works. Just the tip, nothing else. Stop trying to use a nail as anything other than a nail.
