Man, the AI in this is sincerely stupid. So our main character is stunned there is one enemy with full health and two shields and one with literally 4 health points? Oh, sure let's both attack the shielded one and let the other one heal completely. Also, how about we uselessly keep attacking only shielded enemies from now on, completly ignoring all other options?
In the fourth area isometimes it looks like I only have one character fighting.
I think it should be calle AS, artificial stupidity.

Fun game, but the final bosses in the fourth area all rely on one-shot or instant full heals, which puts the entire game up to RNG if you can consistently stop whatever said boss's ultra attack is

I died when fighting vs a Shaman of Death and his Totem, Veradux actually started attacking all the time without waiting for the enemies' turn and won by himself. He's got the hacks.

Why do none of my games save, for example sonny. I played it for awhile and saved it and I login and it says start a new game.

Attacks missing becomes so frequent it almost makes me wish I had an accuracy stat. Playing a gunslinger feels so lame as well.. low hp and low damage.

i played this when it first came out before i knew kongregate but then stumbled upon it again this is my farourite classic ever played with my uncle when i was like 7

if this was any other game id be upset that i cant get high than 20fps on even the best computer i own (which has a 1080 video card and 16 gigs of ram) but this game is somehow better with the low frames especially with the style of the game

Lose first fight, clik reload, wait til zone 4 map flashes and click red battle, skip turn once and you get all badge upvote to keep alive

What i have - Shirt, pants, shoes, casual friday gear. and an Axe. I kill 1 high-tech medic, 1 assault trooper, and 1 blue glowey leader dude. Loot totals up to 1 relatively shitty gun. Looted 3 bodies, BP vests, comms, ammo belts, boots, knives, helmets, ect...i found 1 gun...Is that buddies blindness contagious?

@mmm123 the healing isnt random, the 30-60 heal costs 1 focus and can be repeated always,and an abillity that heals for 300% of magic which takes 22 focus andcooldown is 6 turns(shawomen of life) and the big heals take more focus and has a cooldown, shawomen of blades has a special type of heal which heals for 300% of his strength (he has 104 in lvl 7 and 129 in 9) + 60 and the cooldown is 18 turns and the mage shawomen healing is the one that sonny can use(heroic motvation)

If you lose the first fight by skipping every turn when you get the chance it glitches out like crazy, giving you infinite money, but it's useless as there's no longer any enemies.

The healing of the Shamans is absurd. first all of them can do it. Every. One. but second, the amount they heal seems to be completely random. sometimes, you deal a fair amount but their fine, and they heal 30-60, or, when youve nearly beat them, they are somehow full health. again

Yeah, good game, but god, Veradux has the absolute worst AI. All I need is more focus. Your ONLY job is to keep my focus up. Maybe you can heal me every once in a while. What do you do? Auto attack the strongest enemy. Thanks dude. I'll just sit here out of focus and auto attack them too.

TIP : You can add some abilities more than once, which means you can just max one ability which will make it do alot of damage (e. smash) and boom, super strong attack wheel (reccomend blood focus also)
