Hi! Can you please add the bonus areas and partial in... when we press Give up? I know that Tibet (autonomous region) is #5 and Hong Kong is #2, but what are the other 3?
Likewise, Papua New Guinea is listed as C for Partially in Asia, what are the other two?

I hold the best time, but i don't know how it is counted, as i obviously spend more than 10 seconds on this game! Do the seconds not run while we are typing? Then only research time is counted... (?)

Thanks for your efford..nice game! But with a 2Min timer its more like a typing competition...perhpas a mode with a preselected highlighted set of random countries woul be worth a try?

Hey ive got an idea, why not do "Seas" ? theres hundreds of them! e.g. Red sea, Caspian sea, Carribean sea, Scotia sea, Ross sea, lincoln sea, Irish sea, Celtic sea, Aegean sea, Greenland sea, Sea of Okhotsk, Bering Sea, Norwegian Sea, Tasman sea etc etc etc. Would be awesome to learn all of those like i learned all the countries through your games :)

I've now accidentally lost my 50% to 75% filled maps a few times by accidentally moving back or forward on my browser. (Always caused by needing to spell check names of countries that I know, but can't spell). As by then there are usually 3-5 I can't remember, but know I had earlier. If there was a way to save as you go that would be super handy. Still such a great game. 5/5

add australia as a bonus answer please. I know we're not really in asia, but i don't think 'Guess Countries: Australia' would have much success, lol

Of course you could wait until things have settled round syria, but then this might take years

Suggestions for other bonus answers are Abkhazia, South Ossetia and Nagorno-Karabakh; these are all de facto independent states in the Caucasus. However, as these are all controversial and contested in quite complicated and infected conflicts, you may want to steer clear of the topic altogether...

If you start doing a real political map, it would take forever- there is a multitude of disputed territories, subregions, states, provinces (there is good argument that many provinces of China are so independent and with such extreme privileges that they aren't a normal part of China just like Hong Kong) and there is that island that is off-limits to all outsiders due to being a traditional xenophobic tribe.

I love these games so much! It would be nice if there were hints or clues for when you're stuck but don't want to give up

Accepts: Taiwan, Palestine
Doesn't accept: Uighur, Tibet, Islamic State
How does this decide which answers count? I feel Taiwan and the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria should be in the bonus category as unrecognized, but de facto independent.

I spent all of last semester memorizing all of the Middle East and I forgot all the tiny small countries near the Mediterranean. I feel like an idiot.
