I *loved* every epic war game so was exctied to see this - this is a disgrace to the series, I'm so disappointed. Without hero hp regen, the battles are tedious. The way extra action and energy bounce back and forth from each other is just bizarre. Worst though, there is no clear set of high level goals like winning the game - I want accomplishment and challenge. Not an endless treadmill to suck money on energy points.

I love this game. The greatest game play I have seen in this type of mmo, I just hope you find a way to remedy the lag issue.

Aand another one of these Mafia Wars style web browsing flash based games. More props to the people that enjoy them but I wish these types of games had their own genre. Replaying the same mission over and over to get 100% and clicking through menus before getting into fights is boring and always has been, but I was never a fan of Mafia Wars either.

First game in the epic war series that completed wasted everyones life for no happiness or fun.Also first game where the producers make characters out of random poeple who help other players.I MEAN REALLY RUDY WHY WOULD U MAKE A CHARACTER CALLED SIR RUDY SUDARTO.to me that makes no sense at all.You did it with kholai.

crusader shield and barrier shield.....wtf?! crusader shield had better stats but cost the exact same. why would i ever buy the barrier shield? just pointing that out.

this game could do with a basic attack for the heroes, make it used with spacebar or something because the special attack isnt good enough

Early gold farming is easily accomplished by purchasing the Shark Men unit (600 gold) in the Water Temple and spamming it on Mission 4

Energy timer? WTF is this Facebook?!? Take this off now. Dont try to drag out the life of your game by cutting off people who are playing. Especially in a grind heavy game having energy is the stupidest idea EVER!

A disappointment from what has otherwise been a good series, taking some of the worst aspects of multiplayer cash grab games into itself. I don't object to you making money. I don't object to the premium content, or being able to get your units quickly and easily with cash. To make such a massively grind heavy game, though, one far worse in this aspect than any prior edition, then put an energy timer on it? That, I have trouble with.

day one. 50 gold. :/ - day 2: burger. :( - day 3: 50 gold. X( - day 4: i hope i get 500 crystal. *picks fifty gold* Noooooooooooooooo! - day 5: goat milk.}:( day 6: 50 gold. *flips out* - day 7: 100 gold. *tells artlogic to make the daily reward better each consecutive day you visit.* Pls? make daily reward better.

Quite honestly, I'd rather have a game I have to grind in, learn how to do it for max proficiency, and reap the rewards when you figure out the patterns of the AI to earn max profit in the least amount of time than have a short game with limited capabilities. So to you all who complain about grinding, don't, it's a part of a lot of games and people pay money to play those games *cough* WOW *cough* So this one is for free and is in essence the same amount of grinding as WOW which you pay to grind in.

its a nice try.. but gets a 1/5 from me, grind fest games were fun in the year 2000

I hope there will be no more Epic War version after this one. This brilliant game has deteriorated since its 4th version. This "saga" shows much resemblance with the lowest you can get in trying to improve a game.
