At first, the Nihil zone feels truly impossible, but once you try over and over you finally get the hang of it and beat it like a boss. Great game, great music, and something a sequel or level editor for is required!

I am experiencing a bug with this game, experienced on 2 different PC's. After going through the instructions on level 1, and going through the door, the game stops. I hear the music continue, but the noise that plays when you enter the door (aka end a level) just repeats every3 seconds or so, infinitely, while the music plays. I am unable to continue the game. Please help! Any specs I can send to assist, I will do so. This also occurs when playing the game Pause Ahead off their official website (on 2 separate computers, 1 using Windows 7, the other using Windows 10).

I'm genuinely baffled by how underrated this game is despite its original game concept and a great execution in every detail. Rating below 4.0, only 140k plays and no badges...

it is truly satisfying coming back to this game and getting good at it, doing a deathless Nihil is great way to see how far you've come

I understand spikes are dangerous but... Dramatic explosions ? I'm not 100% sure physics works that way

'It's in the code' 'Watch the symbols' 'Anagrams' If something doesn't make sense then it might be an anagram like mgea deupas and emag desaup mean game paused

I was kinda confused after seeing the secret ending, pretty sad and all... But then I realized: Hey, I just got some SWEET SWEET SHADES!!

This game is sweet. Secret level obviously inspired by Cave Story, and I like it. I even like this game's mechanic better than Cave Story's (shooting). Add in a cute girl to chase, and this would be a AAA game. Good stuff!

And ''Is there more tragic a fate?'' shouldn't it be ''Is there a more tragic fate?''?

I finally beat the secret level. That was tough and took a long time to get a system down. It is possible though. However, what I don't understand is that the secret end says I did what I was told and am a prisoner. Did I miss something because I thought I was told to not do that. But interesting that the regular end is escape and secret end is dead!

Neat concept and core mechanic. I loved how the Replay showed all my attempts. I mostly had fun. The only frustrations were the levels with near instant death. I can't see what's coming and have to jump pause before the level is even fully visible. It's just annoying if you forget. The last level was not fun though. It was plenty hard, but it isn't fun to keep replaying the same bits over and over after you make a tiny error, especially when the timing or angle might need practice to figure out.
