Well, the hit is still a bit off, maybe its just my browser (firefox), maybe it's just my unique system specs, or maybe it's some random factor that no developer could ever fix by updating the engine :). 5/5 for weird sounds and the cool characters.

A little glitch I am ashamed to say I used in Hard mode: If you use defensive stance then load the battle and take the same character you will keep the bonus on concentration

Max Last Flake's (the werewolf girl) regeneration, then level her health. By the end of the game, she'll have 200 health and I can guarantee you she'll be able to take the boss single-handed and never go below 180 health. Another strategy would be to do the same thing (maxing regeneration, then leveling health) with Headhunter Jake. It's more of a matter of who you like better, and I find the werewolf girl sexier than the shotgun dude.

For Hard difficulty i found it best to start off with all points in concentration to max my health regeneration till the harder bosses.

Max out your vampire girls base health regen, and put the rest of your points into your health attribute. Only do your base attack against the last boss(even on hard). He does additional damage when you are hurt. This will only work if you go into the last battle with full health. It's takes quite a few attacks but it is a simple and easy way to win.

Last Boss on hard.
Go all out attack, the 2nd character (The Monk) will do the most damage if you stack out his 1st attack ability. It has the ability to do 10% of someones life for each hit. I took out over half of the guys life with just him.

just go on a total defensive with skills that regenerate health or dodge, and you will have no problem with Hard difficulty.

This game is really fun, however the laggyness of it is really pissing me off. How can I use a timing based game with f'ing lag because of your graphics? I'm not even on a bad computer.

I never thought I would like a game mechanic like this, but there is enough depth in this game that it kept me engrossed all the way through a hard playthrough. Very well done. 5/5

Really fun game, and have to agree with others... Last Flake is pretty OP.
Wish I had read the regen thing earlier... Took me a lot longer than it should have, since I was stuck on chapter 7, with detective and flake both being at 25 health or less.. So even switching over to that strategy didn't help much, because of that stupid ability where they do more the more they have hurt you...

Headhunter Jake with a concentration of 12 (Maxed) doing the last leg of the final boss on Hard gave me the win. The boss was only able to dish out 5 damage per hit.

I really like the combat system in this game. And I actually think all of the characters are pretty well balanced with the exception of the student, she could use a little bit more power. still 5/5 though. Oh, and to people stuck on the final boss, use the monk guy at the beginning and use his ultimate attack. Very very helpful.

wow that was an easy hard badge kinda long tough ... dtarting in hard was a good idea i actually aced the game first try =D altough the regen trick was so awesome and i only tough about it looking at coments while game was loading

Last Flake is so OP. Her regen ability makes her invincible. With full regen and the rest into health, she's unstoppable. The detective sucked so much having to rely on dodge to avoid getting killed so fast. The same goes for angela, having to rely on her hitting triple dmg for her to do some good dmg. The librarian wasn't too bad, but had to defend b4 using heals. Jake was pretty awesome too. with his ultimate doing 250% at max with 2 cooldown, the mobs were usually dead 5 rounds or 3 ultimate shots. Suggest balancing the detective and angela a bit more though

with flake's maxed regen and rest on HP, remember to use defensive instance once in a while, and she will regain faster than last boss can damage. without defence however, he can probably still damage you faster than she regens, making it harder.

For Hardmode, just max Last's regeneration then dump all the rest to Health. You will be surprised how easy it is to win. --> Won the last fight with full health remaining.

Loved the game apart from the fact that it becomes boring (the combat system) too fast. The multiple characters & skill system is nice, but there need to be some other events besides the constant clicking in combat. Make us feel more like a detective with puzzles and stuff.

Who else had flashbacks of Uncle from Jackie Chan's Animated Adventures when they started playing as the Librarian? "MAGIC MUST DEFEAT MAGIC!"

Hardmode final boss victory for me involved maxxing the Librarian's % based multiple hit damage spell, and dumping the rest into his counter attack, maxing the Student's and Detective's Multi-Hit attacks and dumping the rest into his Gunmanship/Damage and her damage, Maxxing Jack's Turtle Power, getting his Snake Strike to level 4, and putting the last point into his single shot damage skill, and dumping all of Last's points into Bite, Health, and 1 point into regeneration - And fighting with them in that order too. By the time the first three had blown their collective damage loads, the boss was on 200, by the time Jack went down, he was a two-shot-kill for Last. This worked on hard despite having a heavily damaged team (only the Librarian was over 60 health), so it should work for you too.

Pretty much invincible point distribution:
Last Flake, Max Regeneration, rest goes into HP.
At 200HP, Last Flake gains 30HP per round, which is more than pretty much any damage any monster can dish at one turn. Including the final boss.

Now an idea just popped into my head... In sequel you should make something like survival mode in which you would fight infinite hordes of enemies for the highest score and so that you can develop your characters to the maximum level :) Rate this up if you agree ;)

Last Flake (werewolf) is great for the boss (Ancient Fear) but you might as well start with your high dmg people first like Jake. Last Flake is invincible but it takes forever to kill those 1k hp. :(

Just upgrade the vampires regeneration all of the way up and then start buffing her bite attack that also heals. I beat Ancient Evil and I only had to use her...

Pretty easy game, even on hard. Just pump up the vamp's regen and health and she solos the boss while barely taking a scratch. The enemies don't change much, and the game drags and turns somewhat samey giving no real reason to carry on. The art is decent, but unfortunately the gameplay doesn't live up to it. 3/5
