also found medium easier than easy. clearly something is wrong. I still think the double upgrade red splash tower doesn't work. it's also annoying that the only tower you can really upgrade the shot speed on is the green archer. so nothing else can hit the fast moving guys. maybe ballloon drop tower? needs troubleshooting and lots more instructions/data visibility.

Fritzman98 is right, i beat a medium level first try after hours of playing easy level. Game ends when you get to wave 100.

I got further on the medium levels than I could get on easy. The amount of damage the towers show they do is not the amount of damage they actually do. That would have to be fixed before I ever played this game again.

Level 84 on easy, upgraded air towers and corrosion towers near the beginning of the map upgraded to level 3 for corrosion and level 4 for upgraded air.

People complaining about difficulty? At what point did games become entertainment rather than challenge?
It's a strategy game, it should be hard!

I wish the path of towers was printed somewhere. stupid to upgrade air into ground. also, upgraded the ground splash twice to something that *says* it instantly kills anything with 20% less health. never does. also, I can't figure out the poison and corrosion - do they hurt over time continuously, some time limit, what? do multiple poisons stack, or wasted?

Just at the start of the first lvl a heavy bug occured (an arrow hit at the first enemy - after that a yellow/blue band covered the enemys until they reached the goal - unharmed by my defnders) - therefore I must say - until a nice bugfix is done, this game is (at least for me) useless

Just a FYI. Wind tower can be upgraded to its final, Doom Tower. This is a LAND ONLY attack tower. Has doom damage and relatively cheap level upgrades.

This game has the same drawback as the stand-alone shareware version, and every other comment so far mentions it - monsters quickly outstrip the pace at which you can upgrade your defense's damage. Can't afford to beat them. Sorry, it's just not fun.

the slow rate of earning money ruins the game - eventually the mobs get stronger faster than you can pay to level/upgrade
1/5 until the balance is fixed

well... It is way better than mini TD because unlike in Mini TD you can't get through this whole game with only one tower type. The upgrades are intresting allthough it nearly killed me the first time i upgraded magic tower (air only) to doom tower (land only) because I had no more air defence...
Also better then Defend your honor. More Enemy-types, more tower types,...
The Music is not really fitting the scene...
And what does this game have to do with Azgard after all. Some kind of Explanation or Story is missing.
It's far away from being as good as GemCraft or DTD but it's not too bad. Work on your idea, you could really improve the game with little work, I think. ;-)

Build one archer tower. Level up to 6. Repeat until you have three Level 6 archer towers. Then build one archer tower as close to the start as possible and upgrade that one to corrosion.

Monsters need to give off more than 1 gold apiece. 4/5, 5/5 as soon as this is added. A nice challenge, but a little _too_ challenging.

Yeah the money thing is very annoying. Also, who has enough cash to upgrade their towers? I barely have enough to keep leveling them up.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
honestly? i dont think its as hard as people are saying it is... you basically just gotta know when to level up and stuff, although i do admit.. it does get ridiculously expensive in the later levels.

there is a lot of potential, i got addicted at the begininng, but became insanely hard... totally gonna wait for some changes there!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
i got to level 50 with 3 archer towers on medium so it wasn't to hard and the monsters are pretty lame plus killing a big boss only gives you about 5 coins
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
the prices r to damn hig and u get almost no money make it to where u get free income as an upgrade so we keep getting money no matter what the bonus is not the same as income though

This game has potential, like others have said, but still has many problems. My main concerns are the 1 gold reward for even the most powerful foes, and the confusing hp numbers. I had a tower with over 500 damage, yet enemies with a max health of 2000 something, who were below half health, took 4-5 hits to be killed. Good idea, not very good game. 2/5

It would be nice if rather than my towers doing 90% damage to every monster and killing two, and me losing, they would kill as many as possible...

I can't bring myself to give this more than 1/5. The money gain vs difficulty ramp is just plain horrible. One gold per creep and even the bosses only give 30 or 50. Even with the wave bonuses, the upgrade costs are too damn high for the bonus to be decent compensation. Not to mention the creep health skyrockets along with the upgrade costs and there's no real hope of keeping up at all. The other major flaw in this is the tower targeting fails miserably. Not only does the tower aiming suck, but they seem to target a random creep in their attack range. Half the time all the towers are hitting different targets even if there's one creep in range for all the towers. I've had a boss halfway through the maze and still in range of a tower, but the tower for some stupid reason decided to hit a creep that had just spawned instead of finishing off the boss. This seems like it could be good, but there's just too many big issues with it atm.

So, it's basically another generic TD, without any redeeming features. Graphics are only slightly above some of the others I've seen, but are still nothing to get excited about. Gameplay is actually worse than a lot of the things I've experienced in the TD game type. The towers, as others have mentioned, miss far too often, and it makes it more annoying than most other TDs. I greatly disliked the combination of the Upgrade and Level Up system, since it brought more frustration than innovative gameplay - Choose one or the other, not both. It gets too complicated when two different systems like that are packed into one small area. Overall, this is very basic, no real "unique" features, which the description suggests, and I'll give it a 3/5 for effort.

Outstanding gameplay - this is a winner - this is one tower defense game where playing doesn't equal winning - you MUST BE SMART, and know when and where to upgrade, or Level up!
This is a WINNER! people that want to degrade this game, and give it 1's are either LAME, or LAZY!
If you want to WIN every game you play, play "Stare at a dot" - that's a game everyone wins!

With archers on long distance you can't hit even one enemy. Really annoying. No mute without disabling the whole sound? Seems very difficult yet on easy. I love TD but this is unconvincingly.

I figure you're probably hearing this a lot from what I saw in the comments but this game is ridonkey-konk hard. It's absurd. The cost for upgrading things is awful
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The general consensus seems to be that this game has potential, but that it is not very good. I personally found this overly difficult. A good thing to do would to make more money be given as the game gets harder, or at least make the towers cheaper. Keep working on it. Once fixed, I think this game will become much more popular.
