Under rating threshold (show) @Zypheron game is very broken right now. I have 5m genes from previous runs I've been running the game for 48 hours now since i got my first gene again. i have 750k new genes. There is no way a new person with out any genes will ever get 5m genes again.

Under rating threshold (show) I can't change directions at WAR while play fast is ON. Is it a bug or is that how it should be? I have to stop fast forward then change to hold then play fast then stop again and choose directions eg west and when I have no more soldiers I have to stop again to go on HOLd. It's just stiupid. Pls fix that

Under rating threshold (show) Theres genetics to increase knowledge. increase birth/death wich gives faster genetics. theres to increase wood production. reduced building price and increase soldier attack. but wheres the genetic that increases production of tools/cars/meds???? could be called "hard workers" an upgrade that could make youe people work on overtime or something. cause YET AGAIN im stuck due to overpopulation and i aint producing cars/tools/meds. cant go to war cause its too strong. cant do anything cause i cant buy anything due to lack of income of different things.

Under rating threshold (show) Issue with food/Farms. I have noticed that my food only rises or falls by a few units each tick, no matter what my production numbers are. I did see a negative number there few a bit and my food dropped by the correct number, so this is only an issue with positive production. Now the trick here is that if my farm workers are not maxed out, then food rises by a few units each tick (I'm at a supposed +2000 right now, started seeing this at +300). And if the farm workers are maxed out, then food stores drop by a few units per tick.

Under rating threshold (show) If by genetics we can mutate out population, why not add an option, which would influence number of men/women born? I'm stuck from the begining with significally more men and no way to change it, wchich kinda sucks since I'm a god or something. Plus, it could have some background effect, like: more man mean better effectivness in hard works, and more women in crafts and the like?

Under rating threshold (show) @phatrey : After buying the research you should see a "Distr" column on the Build menu. It allows you to limit how many of your jobs for each type are in use. So you can say zero out woodcutters in order to get a boost to your army for wars. Or if you overbuild and don't need as many jobs.

Under rating threshold (show) Maybe I'm missing something, but I cannot find + or - for worker distribution, even after buying another farm, wood cutter, tool maker, etc. Perhaps I'm misreading the suggestion in-game that says "You have to buy an upgrade to see + or - buttons." I assumed that was a new farm. If the developer meant "research", rather than "upgrade", would it be too much to ask to change that word?

Under rating threshold (show) ... a Financial District or similar, that purely generates cash. If you want to throw in a population destabaliser to balance it, have the % of population working in this building type cause a negative effect on mood - nobody enjoys office work. Just a suggestion, but it would give people a workable method of gaining increased cash production that wasn't directly linked to the total population/consumption rates but instead could be manipulated by worker distribution. Other than that small balancing issue, which I accept may well be intentional to slow rate of growth down a little, this is a wonderfully thought out and executed idle game, thank you.

Under rating threshold (show) Having invested many more hours than I would care to think about in various idle games, I must say I really am enjoying this one. Overall the pace is slow once your production is all up and running, but still fast enough for a true idle game. The 'bonus years' system works very well to balance this and is much appreciated. Having now reached 100m pop I feel I have had time to explore all the mechanics, except Genetics. I like how you can, in general, balance your production and economy, tweaking it to suit specific needs, eg/ underproduction of medicine seems to be a key factor in controlling population fluctuation... should you want to do so. However, I feel there is one thing lacking; initially my production issues (for building additional farms to increase pop) were with wood - I could easily solve that. Now my issue is with generating enough cash, which I have not found an effective way to solve. So, my suggestion would be to add another building type...

Under rating threshold (show) Yea the food nerf definatly hit hard. Maybe as a suggestion you can add food to the other countries and not just west That way you can get some population growth no matter which direction you go. My ability to raid west has sorta stalled out now that I no longer have an abundance of expendable population... and I haven't even really attacked the other countries since I don't need anything they have atm.

Under rating threshold (show) I am at 60 million population now and have 12 genes. The hole game feels really slow. I know for 225 kongs I can buy the 3x speed upgrade. But 225 kongs are $20 and thats a bit much for a browsergame. Maybe make it $5 ? Or even better speed up the game for everyone and stll sell the speedup.

Under rating threshold (show) what elderly, in my country the oldest are 22 year old girls. the boys go to war with 18 and none come back, and those not in war die of disease and other maladies. I'm surprised they have time to repopulate, as everyone has to give birth to around 100 children before dying at 22. 1% of my population reaches working age, maybe its because even sucklings drink&drive as soon as they put on diaphers.

Under rating threshold (show) after playing the patch for a few days i have to say i'm disappointed in it. war was over powered anyone who got that far knows this but the nerf killed progress more than it should have. i have 5 million genes they do very little for me. Genes come at such a slow rate it took me 24 hours to get only 400k. i can't imagine how people with out any genes can even reach the point where they start now.

Under rating threshold (show) @ FullTailTwist: You shouldn't be worrying about your people going down a bit, ever now and then. Medicines provide móre people, eventually. Yes, the result will be that it will be starting to go up and down a bit, but, if everything is allright, it will stabilize around the amount of food you produce. Above, medicines provides lots of gold, like, lots

Under rating threshold (show) So am I doing something wrong, or is producing medicine totally useless for anything, other than making your food consumption skyrocket and causing a mass starvation? I literally cannot buy farms fast enough to keep up, and I eventually just starve myself back into the stone age. The only way I've been able to progress is by setting medicine to 0

Under rating threshold (show) So, war in this game has very little to do with strategy or attack power. All it requires is massive amounts of people, boots on the ground. Apparently, the soldiers' strategies are to take a bomb, strap it to their chest, and run into the enemies... That's the only explanation I have for them dying so god damn quickly in such mass quantities even though their attack power is *literally* 500x the enemy's attack power, and there's twice as many of them. It takes about a century for your population to recover after every single war later in the game, so it's incredibly annoying to go to war, but you have to, because by that time, your buildings are so expensive it takes a long time to build up enough resources for even one building, when you have hundreds, so it increases your output very little. Researches cost so much money it takes millennia to get one of those. So, all in all, the later game needs rebalancing. The beginning is awesome and fun, but later game is just annoying. :/

Under rating threshold (show) Here is one early strategy: 1) invest in food and wood, until 250 farms, 100k woods, 5 million money. 2) invest in food and tools not woods until you can purchase research center (you may need to unlock the feature, not sure how I did this). 3) invest in food and research center. 4) Now use all your knowledge to increase food and research center production.

Under rating threshold (show) Jeremy: your population will fill all of the available jobs heading downward. If nobody is working on tools, it is because you have too many farm or wood jobs. Overbuilding can slow you down until you've enabled the ability to control your workers.
