Two QoL suggestions: Could use some way to 'buy max' in the Barracks so that we don't have to click 150 times after each dread level upgrade (6 dread upgrades with 25 upgrade points). Second suggestion is if we could have a buy 1000x in the University/Passives building as upgrades can go as high as 20,000. Really could use an extra 1000x option between 100 and max as that gap is large.

I found an exploit in the NO GFX minigame with the stars. I'm using Chrome on a windows desktop.
1.) Start a game
2.) Collect a couple stars (may or may not be required)
3.) Switch tabs
4.) Wait a couple seconds or minutes
5.) Switch back over to the tab you were playing the game in
While the tab is switched, the timer in the game keeps counting up. The value of each star collected is tied to the duration of the game. I don't know the exact numbers but if the value per star goes up by 1 every 5 seconds or so, you can come back to the tab, collect 5 stars and get at least a couple hundred points.

Why would someone buy any crystal but the first if they weren't maxed in it? You don't gain anything going up a tier, you just lose resources.

More information on the effects of the turrets would be nice. I can't even tell if my swamper turrets are slowing things or not, let alone by how much. Same for the hallower turrets. I'm just kind of randomly investing in things right now and it doesn't feel like my choices matter if I don't know what the benefit was.

In Dread mode, I reach wave 10000 and it stops sending more waves. It just stais there. Some times it stops showing that there are some enemies remaining (which doesn't seem to be true) and some other times it stops even when 0 enemies are remaining.
Happens with and without compression and super waves.

game broke. spent a bunch of gold on a turret slot and I was pressing buttons to try to make the wave go higher and it stole my turret slot and if made the price ten times higher if I wanted to re unlock it.. immediate failure for this game seeing this.

Would be a great feature for 'Passives' to Max by lowest cost, it would prevent clicking max all and having all rp thown at attack damage.

GLITCH:
when testing, you can RB at the end of the run, which gives the rebirth points every minuite. It's just like RBing 1 time per minuite. This is broken, please fix.

Might I recomend that in the minigame, when you lose, rather than reset the score/timer upon death, restart it after you start a new game so that you have some time to see what your score was.

Just a little bug report: If the stats window is open in the defense screen it remains open when you go into the minigame.

I feel like just the use of simple colors on the walls would change a lot in this game. For example, if they were brown, it would seem like you were defending a canyon; if grey, maybe a moonscape; if blue-ish or purple, some kind of cave or underground area. Color added to the attack path would support this impression as well with very little difficulty. You could even leave the graph pattern in.

@ bob i had that same problem, and what fixed it for me was have my current wave at the quest wave, not the highest. So check the daily in a game where your current wave is 17000+.

I'm currently locked in on a mission to reach wave 17000, I can't reroll or cancel, and my current highest wave is over 50k but the mission will not complete. I have tried reaching this level without waveskip, compress and superwave and the mission still will not complete. All other modes currently available are limited to 10k waves so I'm not sure what I am missing here.

Bug: After Awakening, it was impossible to progress further than wave 500. After 500, larger red enemies sometimes spawned that were either invincible or had incorrect stats. Displayed enemy HP was something like 12k compressed and I grinded to the point I was dealing 16k per hit with 32% chance of 7.75x crits. After reloading the game, the problem disappeared and I was able to progress. Also, other problems were fixed after reloading, like Offensive/Defensive Advancement passives not being properly locked.

Game is very buggy, items do not unlock when they are supposed to, number and rewards lie and don't give you what they are supposed to. Enemy stats are meaningless along with the bonuses you purchase, tool tips on weapons are lies, game is incredibly, incredibly sloggy and if you spend one thing wrong you roadblock your entire progress behind DAYS of offline timers.

Neat game if you can power through the inital clueless what to do stage. I'm a veteran gamer especially of both idle and tower defence and i had to ask what now seem like ABC questions in chat.
Not that I personally mind. But i'm sure it accounts for the low-ish rating this game has. Its just as good as many others with higher ratings.
Better (at least minimally) visual elements and a better early game will help this game long term. That is if its still planned to continue. Seeing as how there is now Defender Idle 2.

Bug Report (possible) : Is the 'Nova' upgrade working correctly ? I have it for Swamper and Solidifier, and neither seems to work after rebirth.

the game seem to take some or most of the maps of a zone into funfare and it makes practically impossible to play. You can only get a clean view if you don't go into gate and do a zone.

i had super waves already upgraded when the update came out and can not upgrade it to 75/100 it just has maxed upgrade over it.

I have seem to run into a bug, i have "on wave & death" available to me and for the past few days i was able to keep resetting and getting more resources when i hit 10K, now it doesnt work and there is this "enemies remaining: 2" on the screen but the map is silent and none can be seen, i have to force surrender to restart it. Am i doing something wrong?

For RB on wave, how do we set which wave to rebirth on? There is no text box to input the wave or does it simply rebirth on the wave that we die on?

I'm not sure if this was your intention. NO-GFX mode is pretty broken for the good of the player. This is my first day playing and I'm already getting 1k RP every 6 ticks in NO-GFX mode. I'll have the Rebirth Time Bonus and Rebirth Point Gain maxed out very shortly. After that, I'll do a few hour run and re-test to make them sky-rocket. If this a method you had forseen when you implemented NO-GFX mode?

Energy Matter from the spaceport is not being added in to your totals in any way. I should be gettong 300+ every time it finishes and im not.

it would be nice if the "effects" settings was split into different parts. I want to turn off the damage numbers because they hurt my eyes but i want to see other things like the enemies explode/shatter or the turrets attack animation

Excellent game! There's quite a bit to upgrade and keep busy with. It's built like a rollercoaster with times where gains are high and times where they are low but designed to incorporate new growth with either research, builds or new modes.
It'd be nice to see some in game kred purchases for multipliers or permanent research/passives.
Trading post should have a way to trade EM into other stuff if you can trade other stuff into EM.
only real downside I see: after being logged off for a period of time it hasn't reloaded data from the last time I played, which forces me to import my last saved export and when importing data you get 0 offline gain.
With that being said, being kicked twice really sucks, losing all the growth already done and in hopes of regaining some strength with importing only to be set to the exact time (time = resources) when you exported.

@barbasu, not shure if intendet but crit chance increase skill on the seperate turrets looks strange, just gives bonus as if u hade only 1% crit chance

I would like it if the NO-GFX mode would also grant us higher levels in maos, e.g. dread. Also currently no talent points are earned which means in both cases it can't be used to effectively get further in the game (by either dread levels or awakenings)

Crystal and Town Level requirements for the awakening start out a bit high IMO and will make high levels nearly impossible with current implementations of stuff ingame
Even going to awakening 2, I had everything else done and I'm only 50% of the way with essences.

Needing to unlock production buildings to even get offline income is a serious bummer. The game is so very, very slow to start out that even reaching the point to get those buildings and upgrades is somewhere between daunting and aggravating. It's already a grindy sort of game, made moreso by gating what most idlers allow right out of the gate.

Oh man NO-GFX mode is great. I ran a long run in robo mode, then let it rebirth at level 10,000 while running a NO-GFX mode test. My RP per hour went from 1-2 million to 24.91 million
