This feels like something i play exactly once on newgrounds in 2007 and never find again.
And with how Kongregate is today, that might be the highest praise possible

Interesting idea for a game, but...
Loads of tedious things to keep going (3 times clicking for mushrooms/berries/sticks is just too much (search, grab, okay... repeat). It should be possible to add some kind of automizing to these (click, once to automate collecting, and another time to stop it). Also, there should be a way to regain energy by doing nothing (resting usually makes you gain energy too, in real life, so why not here?). And last of all: please check on amounts required, compared to the number of actions needed (an the chances at getting less than optimal... often you only find 1 stick, and sometimes you can find up to 5 in one search? weird!). 1/5 until the game's improved a lot!

Stop making games bigger than their visual play areas. I shouldn't have to change my browser settings to play your game.

Using a lighter every time you add fuel, a free-range hen pecks the grass every 3 seconds and but won't make an egg without addinotial corn, digging a hole for one seed is more tiring than looking for berries in the forest. This game was made by a completly homebody

I can't wait for the updates. Looks like I hit a wall with the game. I built everything, bought all the house upgrades, no more quests from the gardener, and I maxed out my gardening level in 2 days. Now it's just grinding making vegetables, completing the crossroad mini quests, cooking, and gathering apples. I was raising chickens and cows, but it takes way too long to make anything to keep my interest.

A tip for beginners. The gardener on the driveway will give you a quest to earn 200 exp and 500 bucks. If you click finish, he will take that 500 bucks. Just be sure to double that, with vegetable sales, and allow yourself to gain a level as well. Then when you click Finish for the aforementioned quest, you'll max out your Gardening level. :)

Please clean your audio, the chopping has a really high pitch ring and that alone is torture to play. Just put the audio sample in audacity, spectrograph view, and delete the solid line in the high pitch section.

Quantities of materials required for everything are a little too high to get me hooked into this game. I might have missed something but 200 planks mean gather 100 woods, then saw them 100 times. And i haven't even looked into bricks and nails... Too bad, seeing a lot of work has been put into this.

It's best to choose a map first and go to the forest to cut down trees, collect berries and mushrooms. If we lack energy, there is a food tab in the backpack, we can eat there and replenish our energy. There is a notice board at the crossroads where you can sell some items. There are also vegetable shops on the map. You can sell berries there. We buy corn seeds right away and go to plant them in the field. You can buy apple seeds from the farmer. You can also sell apples from him. We cut logs into boards on a saw. Boards and wheels can be sold at the materials store. At the lake you can dig clay from which you can then create bricks in a bonfire. In the game you can get bored with your house where you can decorate your rooms and buy furniture. In the kitchen you can cook various dishes that renew energy. We can also build a chicken coop where we feed the chickens and watch them grow and run around the yard. We can build a barn. We can cut the grass and dry it in the field. Have fun :)
