Great game, actually prefer it over the material inspired from which is a compliment in itself, zeebarf being a great designer. I think the preference has to do with the art style, I admit.
I do have to agree with the many that say finding the pixels to click is too difficult.
Also, those who say he needs therapy or that it is pointless, grow up. Do the makers of mortal kombat stab their arms straight through someone's chest and out their back? Please.
All games are "pointless". Hobbies are meant to waste time. Get off your high horses over a FICTIONAL GAME.

eh. Instead of a link to a walkthrough, how about a "Hints" button that highlights a clickable object? Something like many of the "spot the difference" games have.

I'll wager the author suffered from neglect or abuse from his parents, and this game is his way of expressing his rage.
I recommend therapy.

Graphics and animations are good. But the actual gameplay of "hunt for the hotspot" sucks. Puzzles are more "guess what I'm thinking" rather than putting clues together and figuring out a solution. 2/5

It's interesting enough, but some parts are wholly unintuitive, and the journal at the end is barely written in English. A research scientist would likely have a doctorate and know how to spell and use proper subject-verb agreement.
Great job up until that last bit. Get someone to proofread!

Nice game, but there should be a way to fail. Not by dieing, but by clicking the wrong thing, and you get set back a notch.

Well, the art is good, and it's almost like 'The visitor' and Please put some badges on this game like 'The visitor'...

What's the point of killing everybody? And why is the creature killing everybody without reasons? But still, good graphics 4/5
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
4/5 it's well thought through and a fun game, you can see the visitor influence, which I'm sure zeebarf would be complimented by. I dson't get why people are so down on it? 4/5 for me

The ideas, art and death scenes behind this game are really good ,its just none of it flows and the solutions to the rooms are just too rigid and unobvious to be fun.

That was like a mix between the visitor and orchestrated death, but there was some sort of tragic event that destroyed the child's brain... 1/5

this game is just made out of pointless killing its terrible... if your going to make somthing like zeebarf make it good

Not much different than what others have said. Definitely solid in terms of graphics and it does what it is supposed to do, but kind of awkward in terms of an 'adventure' game. You aren't figuring things out generally, but just looking for points to click (no puzzles, just searching). I found myself wondering things like, "why did I have to force the cop to slip, when my creature could have just taken the gun with his mind to begin with?", but I guess that might be like asking why Wile E Coyote does the things he does. An ok game, with +s for graphics/animations/working, but -s for nonsense, lack of reasoning, and notes above.

what was the point mindless killing? wow how many other flash games use that for a story.... i'm not sorry that was a very bad excuse for a game and hardly seem like the visitor "inspired" this at all other than an alien killing people

Wow, what unnecessarily long cut-scenes. Also, I dunno why the ending has to go back through all of the overly-gruesome murders. I know it says 17+, but gah, I'm kinda worried about the mental state of the creator.
With all that said, maybe some kind of linearity to the murders could help as well; there really shouldn't have to be a link to the walkthrough in the game. 2/5

Once I got stuck with the keys from the desk I got fed up with this. The art looks great, I'll grant you that, but the puzzles aren't challenging or logical, and the story makes absolutely no sense.

Very poor, and sometimes seemingly non-existent, logic for solving puzzles. For an 'Inspired By' game, this one makes little use of the lessons learned from its inspiration. The only 'success' formula pulled was "Point-and-click + Alien + gore." The Visitor had a sensible progression. This leaves no comprehensible reason for half the killings (park and intersection scenes, why are these necessary or story-driven???). Don't forget obscure pixel-hunting. I can only give this 2/5.
