Under rating threshold (show) I apologize for the confusion about it being a DEMO. There's a lot of game here to play for a demo but it's not the complete story. I hope people still enjoy it for what it is. This doesn't mean there won't be another full Lethal RPG experience coming to flash in the future. I just wanted to give people a chance to play the game and support me as a developer by buying the game if they like it. It is only $2.99US for a 20 hour game. Thanks to everyone who's played it and for all your feedback!

Under rating threshold (show) 6. The auto-save makes the game freeze for a few seconds. Either make it more efficient or give us the option to turn it off and put a manual save button in the menu. 7. Knowledge Tomes are useless. They should give the whole party a buff, and the buff should be at least 30%. 8. Examine Tome should do more. (Once examined, enemy HP could show up above health bar. Maybe make a monster encyclopedia that you can fill up by examining enemies.) 9. Let the other heroes use pets. I just really want to give Tanya one of the wolves and Usimaki the mushroom or ghost. Lethal's Tamer passive could then give a buff to all pets instead. (Right now, Tamer isn't very appealing when it's either 25% defense for the whole party or 20% more damage for a weak little pet hit.)

Under rating threshold (show) 1. Enemies need to scale less or not scale at all. I feel like they're getting stronger faster than I am. The first time I fought in the snow area, I took down the yetis easily, but now I lose against them half the time. 2. Non-quest monsters are too strong in general. (Forget the skeletons! Those rats are on steroids.) 3. Upgrade materials (iron, cotton, oak, pet food, etc.) should be available from markets for gold. 4. Defense and magic defense should be more powerful. I don't feel like enemies are doing less damage after I upgrade armor. 5. The other heroes should automatically be the same level as Lethal. Since dying doesn't affect experience, the only time somebody doesn't have max experience is if you leave them out of the party. (I switched out Allister for Usimaki, but now I don't want to use Allister again because his level is too low.)

Under rating threshold (show) The speed of just about everything needs to be sped up just a bit, but I used a certain program that fixed that, so it wasn't really a problem for me. Poison is a killer, and the combat system needs hotkeys. But the biggest thing that's gonna get your game a low rating is not putting the word "DEMO" anywhere, that might piss alot of players off. 3/5

Under rating threshold (show) it ended before I was expecting and gave you the option to buy the full game. Was a little disappointing, but then again, it was not. It's pretty redundant after a while. Upgrading weapons and armor could be easier. Too many clicks to do that. Kind of a fun few hours spent I suppose.

Under rating threshold (show) If you're going to have a cash penalty for failing a battle, you also need a gladiator pit, or ongoing bounty quest in an 'unclearable' location or something--otherwise, a player can get blocked because they lack resources and the ability to advance. Otherwise, was enjoying it.

Under rating threshold (show) Weakness targetting seems worthless. It's about what, a 20% bonus? So you need to hit something 5 times with it just to break even on the damage you lost by not doing any damage the round you activated it? How many things last long enough to take that many hits?

Under rating threshold (show) I take it this game uses level scaling for monster difficulty? I tried farming a couple levels via "find battle" on the first are immediately outside the Lokian capital. Every time I level, the rats and mushrooms do more damage. I guess that's a design choice, but it seems odd in a linear game like this. Especially since the help text specifically mentions the possibility of out-loveling ares.

Under rating threshold (show) You already know a game is going to be an unhappy grind-fest when you already lose the first battle after the intro. Tone down the initial difficulty a bit. And then, get a gold penalty for losing. I'll eventually have zero money and still die... and then I'll be screwed.

Under rating threshold (show) Yeah, way too many visual fluff effects. Fade-ins when looking at item descriptions, the top menu slides in and out, the cloud effect, the 3/4 second delay after rounds of battle...there's just way too much of this. I feel like I'm spending too much time just waiting for the game to be pretty for me instead of playing it.

Under rating threshold (show) Any chance this could be sped up? The game has a lot of weird little delays. About to attack...wait a second, ok now attack. Battle over...sit around looking at the lethal is poisoned text...wait for it...ok, now the battle screen closes. Horizontal cloud effect close sequence after a battle...wait for the clouds while the cover the screen...wait for it...ok, now open clouds and go back to map. The game can't possibly be loading all that time. I assume these are visual delays for effect, and they seem excessive.

Under rating threshold (show) Whether I'm looking at equipment, stats or skills, when I change which character I'm viewing, it should stay on the same thing rather than resetting to equipment every time.

Under rating threshold (show) When there's only one opponent on the field, we shouldn't need to select which opponent to attack. Also seems silly that archers run up to shoot at their target rather than firing from afar.

Under rating threshold (show) Could use ability to stop movement when wanting to cancel movement on map. Losing gold on death is shitty, already waste of time as penalty. When clicking a tab like stats or skills, it should persist through hero switching to allow easier comparing. The above aside, nice game, especially if you did by yourself!
