Frick I didn't relise you could by shields till the end of world 2. If you just stick with the 1st shield the game stays pretty balanced.

overall, i think this is a great game. i like the gameplay experience and controls, and i like the double jump and edge skills and how you can take advantage of the combination of both in game. i played around with some of the shields and the weapons and i enjoy that aspect of the game. i think the drawback of this game is that you can max out on EXP in the first world, and all of the skills. once you max out on skills, the game gets boring to play. there isn't any motivation--at least for me--to keep playing. it would be nice if you could open up new skills to earn with each world.

To anyone complaining about dying in 2 hits: BUY A BETTER SHIELD. They're sold on the tab right next to "guns" after you select a level, towards the bottom of the screen.

This game is great, easily one of my favourite flash platformers. 5/5, though it would be nice if there were scroll-over explanations for the effects.

After our experience is maxed at level 5 how about the extra exp gained gets turned into a little extra $$$ instead of being wasted?

For the final boss, get the laser gun, it stacks hell of tuff on him and he goes down with a few shots. VOTE UP TO HELP PEOPLE OUT!!

i think the game should record your best time to beat a stage not the last time you bet it in.
1st lvl in 8 seconds 50 :)

I liked everything about the game, except that the collision didn't seem to be perfect. I had a lot of flaming shots that seemed to go right through the enemy's head.

Glitch:On the last boss, when i wus firin' mah lazah, i had an uber lagspike but i kept clicking, and the boss just instantly died, like i shot a billion lazers at once without reload :O Pretty cool though :P fix plawks 5/5 very good game awesome and super addicting >.<

Blaze Chaser sometimes the game creators put kongregate api cause of those "rate + if you want badges" comments having a lot of plus's

@dee4life, there are weapons with the "full automatic" abilities, just use those if you don't want to click all the time.
