Great game, guys. I'm enjoying the completely custom aspects of it, as well as intuitive play style and xp learning curve.

After the update when I try to load my game, my screen goes black for a while and there get thrown back to the start screen, where I can't click on anything anymore.

Another issue - move the freaking coli scroll button away from the "support berzerk!" button or only highlight the button if the mouse hovers directly over it. Having the pay to play screen come up just because I want to scroll is so annoying.

Don't know if this is intentional or not, but I cleared my data due to a screw up and the goals remain completed, meaning a second play through starts off VERY slowly in the first area...

Bug:
Auto Attacking can result in attacking dead enemies. They then "awake" but don't attack, usually causing your team to continue to attack he dead enemy.

Glad to see player concerns are being addressed in the game news update today. I'll be back to check this game out once its issues are ironed out. And online multiplayer would kick much ass.

Multiplayer sounds good. But implement EVERY piece of good advice you've heard. Maybe speed button. Adding what % of what adding points to skills do. 1/5 power atk as opose to 5/5 power atk. Ect.

i've the same problem that a lot of people , Tarsus Goal "Win a combat without losing a gladiator" seens to be glitched , no matter how i win the match it does not unlock.

Played for about a few hours and love it so far. I LOVE LOVE LOVE that you guys are so responsive to feedback. 'DEM indie developers :D

Being able to attack different parts of the body is a nice touch, but loses its novelly quickly as you just read all of the armors and attack them in order of easiest to take down, a little more variation in what would be the best spot to attack, maybe through weapon types (e.g.: slashing, blunt, piercing) would be cool.
Having a skill tree is nice, but this one is a bit bland, and confusing. Like Karma Cat said, put in a tooltip for what extra points in skills do, I can't even tell the difference between my 5 points in combo 2x and when i only had one point, other than i can now put points into the next skill. And having each subsequent perk/skill unlocked by putting points into that specific tree discourages variety. You could make each level be a level requirement, and lower the amount needed.
Overall, you need to make information in this game clearer. As is, i give it a 3/5

I love the game, but it needs work. The loot rate is really low, I get about one piece of crappy armor every 5-6 battles, maybe I'm just really unlucky, but you should put in a minimum drop amount or raise the drop rate or something.
What does speed even do? It says makes you attack faster so I assumed it would put you in the attack que more often, proportional to yours and everyone else's speed. But this doesn't seem to the case, as my main with 26 speed (and two points in the +4% speed perk) shows up with the same rate of my slave with 10.
The battles are fun, but they get repetitive quickly, especially when you've already beaten two of the enemies and know you've won, but you still have to kill the guy with the highest armor.

I'd love to see the shield bash block buff last the amount of turns it shows rather than disappearing next turn. On enemies, it lasts 3-5 turns, but when I use it it works like a standard block.

25 Refreshes and 500k later, I now have STRONG SUPERIOUR top tiered (Final City Shops) orange coloured gear in every slot for all my gladiators :D

I've gotten to a point where the game is too glitchy and unbalanced to play. Maybe I'll come back in a few months. Hopefully you'll actually have a functional game by then. :(

The Tarsus goal "Win a combat without losing a gladiator" doesn't seem to be working. I've won many matches with all of my gladiators standing. I also won with all my men standing and no deaths on the other side.

This game needs a hardcore mode: if your gladiator dies, he's dead and you have to replace him from the slave market.

lol my main guy lost his leg and couldnt move, secondary finished off the last one, picked blood: main guy got up, ran as if normal on his ONE leg and did an execution! xD

This game is balanced.
Stop moaning about the start, I dont even use metal they suck compared to the Legendary (orange coloured gear) I can buy in Rome

I think it would be great if you changed the reset stats penalty to either be static or based on the level of the character, or at least the compounding penalty should be tied only to each individual character. Knowing that I'm permanently raising the price for all characters is slightly distressing.

Multiplayer would certainly be an interesting addition with plenty of potential, but I think there are still some fundamental flaws (balance, level/money curves, detailed explanations of stats/skills, etc.) that should have a higher priority.

Oh, and please remove the "Do you want to sell/buy THIS?" confirmation. The user's dragging it to the sell/buy area should be confirmation enough.

Can you make it so characters are saved to a database or something, so that we can play across multiple computers, on the same Kongregate account, on the same character.

putting your warriors on auto is great until they hit an opposing decapitated gladiator and bring it back to life. this seems to happen a lot and drags the battles out and causes unnecessary deaths for my own gladiators because they weren't focusing on the correct opponent
