That was pretty fun, although I would like to say, the game isn't dinamic enough. Not the best I've seen. I think it can be improved (A LOT)! Well, for starters try a mouse aiming system, it would change game play entirely. The boss AIs were too dumb :\ It was pretty easy to fight them.
btw, the ending was horrible. It was like, that's it? No epic ending? and was there a scene with a naked woman? Try not to do that, little kiddies may see it. :(
In a nutshell, 3/5

There are a few glitches.. i fell through a door and my body dissapeared and there was shooting coming from my invisible body

Most of what I want to say has already been said (mouse aiming, customization, etc). Some of the enemies were simply too powerful to waste my time shooting (the ceiling-mounted "volcanoes" that dropped the yellow slime took 40 hits (!) each to kill). Other than that, I played it through to the end and I agree that this is a well-designed game.

Wait.... Who designed this ship exactly? I mean not to many people design ships like a crude platoform-based game... Just saying.

okay the only thing that pisses me off is when i make a quick turn after already going one direction, and i fly off the platform to my death

Gotta say I loved it. 4/5. Saving that one point because I'm hoping you build on this one and your next one has a lot more content in it. Especally with a few more weapon upgrades. I really only came across the 3 spread. Someone else said it was to linear but I kind of liked the way the stages were set up. One thing I didn't like was I used the map a lot and everytime I would open and then close the map it took too long. I would have to wait until the zombie guy would flash on the screen like 5 times and then the map would finally close. This process takes about 5 seconds to close the map everytime you open it. The first time was cool but the rest are just overkill. Anways good job and hope you build upon this one as I think it could one of the few great flash games if you do.

Dont miss the spread gun upgrade on the second level. It makes the game way easier. After you get double jump upgrade go to the area a little before the jump upgrade (you may have to make a big circle) there is now a platform you can reach that has the spread gun on it (its not behind a red door).

Pretty cool game. The story is very similar to a 1997 movie called Event Horizon, but that doesn't take away from the fact that the game is cool.

really the only thing I think is missing is that you can't fire and move opposite directions. So you have to keep running away, turn fire then run away again, it gets annoying from the really fast enemies.

Great game, one of the ebst i've played. Loved the storyline, but the game had many flaws.
Boss fights were just a little too easy, i found the first boss harder than the last one, where i could just stand in one spot and occasionally jump when it fired at me.
Leveling also seems a little pointless, i didn't notice any change between when i started and when i finished on level 12 or 13.
Definitely needs a sequel, giving it a 4/5.

All of you idiots who think this is like event horizon is dead wrong. Horizon the people werent mutating into insects and crap plus the whole thing of event horizon was they went into the dimension and didnt know it. if anything this is a combo of dead space event horizon and a few other games and movies but its original

great game 4/5 it loses a point becuase the final boss fighting area was bad becuase i never died once threw 1-4 but 5 final boss he couldn't kill me but if you fall off your a gonner and thats how i died over 5 times on final boss it was the fall not the boss.

Did anyone else notice that the base of the story is lifted directly from Event Horizon? The inter-dimentional ship, the crew getting all munted, the visions of sick stuff happening....

It was a good game. The only frustrating thing about it is during the final boss, I kept boosting off the small platforms. Most of my deaths during this boss battle was because of this.

Mouse aiming would make this better, as well as the ability to button-mash the shoot key/button, thus getting several bullets on screen. Then again, with the speed of the bullets, or, rather, lack thereof, that would probably create significant lag.

Perhaps if weapon and armor parts were put in the inventory, then players could customize their equipment and jury-rig a few things, like a grenade launcher that shoots several grenades in different directions (I haven't gotten to a part involving grenades yet, so I dunno if they exist in this game).

too bad final boss = fail since the enemies scale with your level and so you spent 20 mins wearing away at his health only to have him knock you off the edge. this game def needs more damage.

i liked the game most of the gamel, but GOD that last boss was terrible. the sprint addition on the suit made it easy to fall off the little platforms and the boss's laser would often interfere when you were trying to jump back up, guaranteeing a swift and frustrating death

3/5 for me. Soundtrack Ambience was great. Have to give it a star for the story keeping me busy for an hour. Graphics were phenomenal for a flash 3rd person shooter, loved the style!
Movement was standard, but the shaking with every shot made any kind of reply unbearable. Aiming was absent which loses a star, and the monsters were either completely unfair (just stand and kill them since they are faster then you, or useless (zombies / butterflies). This could have been fixed by giving different weapons to the player which were good against those monsters, but not good against the others. The bosses attacks being triggered by where you were standing rather by random pattern made them predictable and unfun.
In conclusion, remove the shaking, add aiming, decent enemies, and some weapons and its a 5/5 series.

The lack of weapon control and movement options really made this game feel very confined. Just jumping and uni-directional aiming made many of the enemies rather boring to fight. If the corridors and hallways were wider, if there were some more movement options and mouseaiming, the combat would be much more fun. As it is you either: 1. blow something up before it touches you 2. find a dead spot where you can shoot something while it can't attack you.

Good story line, great graphics!
Using the mouse to aim would be an improvement and being able to choose which stats we can level up would make the guy seem more customized.
Good job!
