adriana, go outside the bar and go left, above the bold black guy, there should be a sign with 2 chains, use the scissors tocut the left chain and he should get knocked on the road. ( if you dont have the scissors go back to the shop where u banged the vase into the lady and get it )

I was clicking random things to see what I could get and I was trying to combine my items or use them anywhere. And unfortunately my rope just dissapered...

When i cut the sign and hit the guy it made the sound like it hit him but he still is laying on the road and i cant do anything now... had to restart other then that great game
