i disagree for that screwing on Bigpoint..well yeh some of their games arent that great but like example drakensang or kultan are really amazing in comparison to most browser games.

Sick and tired of being sunk every 5 mins by some upper level player or a super class ship. I have no problem with the ability for the other players to buy and upgrade with diamonds but there should be some kind of penalty for attacking player way below your level or ship class. But at the very least there should be a protection period after you are sunk.

Just make sure to not use all caps, or say macho burrito, or talk about your ban in game or shit dont use the chat at all. They ban you for it. banned for saying, FACE TO FOOT STYLE, than i said wow banned for caps, moderator tells me dont talk about bans in chat, and Im banned for days from chat. AWESOME MODS! Game is awesome, chat moderators are morons.

1. Every ship can be bought for free, it is perfectly possible to be the best in this game without spending in time. You will have to spend a lot of time to do it though.
2. 15 million gold takes a week to farm. Not forever.

why is it that the only ships you can buy without using money are the rubish ones it is annoying when you are killing mobs and are just about to kill i some guy comes in frigate or large frigate and blow you to davy john's locker wish there would be more ships that you can buy without buying with money or spending a year to get 15mill to get a frigate from auction please someone make new ships for people who wants to play but doesn't want to use his money on the game.

i was interseted in playin but after i saw these comments im not sure i should!! but i will if its as bad as they say then skrew the new ships fix the bugs with questing and the mob killed ..oh u got looted while killing that mob... glitches,after that than u should do new units..... if the game no work whats the use of units??? give this a + so the devs can see this and fix all the bugs!!!

WARNING...if your NOT going to spend real money on this game you won't get beyond 3 maps...to many kids with access to dad's credit card buying the best boats & equipment..BABYS WITH BIG GUNS...

I would say this is a PvP MMO, but that would be a vast understatement. This game Emphasizes PK, Ganking, and even Camping. There is no safe zone unless your in the starting map, and while being attacked by a player far beyond your power you cant even retreat to town or change zones... Yep it blocks you from running away while your being bombarded with a huge difference in lvl and power. The only break a noob can get is AFTER you die and are returned back to town, you get a small 19 seconds of invisibility to just get far enough to half way to the next zone before your ganked again. Sorry, but even a PvP game needs its boundaries for those looking to just quest and lvl up.

1. That is part of the game, we are pirates. Stop letting them steal your loot, it isn't hard.
2. You CAN get money without doing quests, maybe not at the very beginning, but once you buy some cannons and get a larger boat you will find that you will be getting MUCH more money then you spend. It also isn't necessarily smart to go to the higher level zones, stay in a zone where the enemies are easy for you to kill, better yet stay in a zone where you can one shot enemies with one volley from your cannons.
3. I've been playing this game for 2 weeks and have done nearly every quest. Every single one completed without problem. You are killing the wrong enemies.

looked AWSOME but its got heaps of flaws
1)People steal ''YOUR'' loot while killing mobs.
2)you can get money without doing quests.
3)way to crowded at the start so that brings the first two problems together to make a HUGE porblem.
AND VERY SORRY creators but this game is RUBBISH no offence maybe if you fix the bugs it would be worth playing?
P.S i forgot to menion that quests dont complete even after you finish them.

Great game, really like it. I think the stealing loot thing brings us closer to the real pirates. Yes earning money without doing quests is difficult but still its not hard as we can raise our bank with a little devotion. If everyone gets money easily than there will be no point for playing. Anxiously waiting for new updates hoping that devs bring some new ships first ;)

Fantastic game. Just stick with it guys. The beginning can be really rough. Yah, people can steal your loot, but just don't give them the opportunity to do it. Also, everything can be bought with gold coins, you never need to spend a dollar to get a really good ship, BUT you may end up spending quite a bit of time. Its a great game with a great community, I just hope that one day I won't be the only one in the chat room playing it.

It's crap, People can steal Your loot while your killing mobs, quests don't complete even after you finish them.
Looked good but too many flaws to be worth playing 1 star... I'd give 0 if that was possible.

i especially dont like the fact that you just must keep doing quests to get gold to buy new ammo otherwise you're doomed at all.

plenty ships and rare stuff although there should be some more to do than simply ship fights.. gets boring is a while
