The cost for the dwarf helpers is too high, IMO. Next to impossible to get them while they're still useful. And by the time you have the cash, they don't seem useful/helpful. Also, there needs to be a better way to sell stuff from the bank. ATM, it's several steps removed.
I'll see what I can do about making prices more reasonable. As for the bank selling, a selling follower is coming in the next content update! Thank you for your suggestions.

i found a (useful) glitch. When I was smithing nickel bowtips for my mesquite arrows, i fiound out that you can train 2 skills at the same time (since you can put the tips on the unfinished arrows simultaneously). However, when I did it, I did not just smith nickel tips, but a nickel bar as well (i did not get double xp though). It is probably a glitch but use it as long as you can (since nickel bars are useful for alchemy as well)

Maybe you should design a game that fits in the goddamn window provided.
Having to a scroll a game with INTERNAL SCROLL BARS is annoying and IDIOTIC.

Geting a new bug where killing the bandit lord at Higashi Bridge gives you a 250 coin bag for every open inventory space you have.

Probably a bug: If you use a food to boost your stat high enough to use a weapon, it's still usable after the buff has worn off.

How about taking up less space on the screen? Using chrome, the game fills the screen and still has scroll bars because it doesn't fit the given area. Have to F11 the screen just to see all of the game area.

Last note.. think I found all the gnomes but all that seem to be in the game are 1 mining and a bunch of woodcutting?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
For low level gold grind, i suggest either copper hammer(active) or puffer fish roll(semi-idle). You need rice from swamp & level 25 woodcutting to reach the beach for puffer fish and seaweed.

Not sure if people experiencing the save/load issue have the same symptoms, but I just ran into one myself: inventory and bank, skill levels all are retained, but Alchemy recipes are reset to blank, followers are removed, and locations available are reset back to only Quepland Fields. More inconvenience (and a loss of 5k on Lumpy the Gnome who I lost) than anything, but with no other way for load/save, I'm going to have to put this on hold.

dang what's the best way to make money... only have like 20k and feel like these 150k+ things are going to take forever.

You need to work exclusiveli on the UI. Maybe a map instead of a list of place's names or a tooltip of what resources are in that place. with so many places is a bit frustrating to find the resource you're looking for.

Would also love if inventory item backgrounds were colored differently based on item types or something... or some way to tell items apart. so weapons were red, crafting mats orange, etc or something like that.
I like this idea! The new update has colors for each item icon. The groups are a little fuzzy, but hopefully it's a bit easier to tell what is what now.

The inventory items could be drastically decluttered to save space and scrolling. Price could be on the same line as the name and the 1, 5, 20, all could small icons under the items name taking it from 5 lines to 2 or 3
I'm new to html/css so I'm still trying to improve things, but I've tried to make more things share lines, especially when at the shops. I'll continue to try and find ways to save space. Thanks for the suggestion!

There should be a way to sell items driectly from the bank, I have 12000 items I want to sell from the bank, and i'd have to do more than 100 trips to sell them, so I dont feel like doing that hehe

This game needs Option to see how much xp you get per action its kinda annoying to find the best spot for leveling up
That's a good point. In the next update you can mouse over item icons in your inventory to see how much experience they give you. Thanks for the suggestion!

Is it just me or are there only 5 followers at the moment? I have only found 3 for woodcutting, 1 for mining and 1 that costs too much for me (5m)

@meitemarx: either keep on searching or check out the Queple cave. There is an infinite copper spot at dark -> west -> gnome -> east. Smithy can be found at dark -> east -> west -> north. Tin mine is at quiet -> west -> east

QoL suggestion: If you move the 1/5/ button next to the items. That way you can save a lot of height in the lists. You could also consider the font size to become a setting. 2pt smaller would still be fine for me

Thx for the three column UI! Just a minor flaw: The skills column isn't scaling properly. Depending on the width of the window, the "level" of the skills gets moved outside of the window, so i get a scroll bar at the bottom

PS: Nice touch adding Mapinguaris to the game! A really cool folkcloric monster of the amazon rainforest that rarely sees some action in games/media etc these days

Tree men fights iinger even after death (of the tree man)... I encountered some other bugs and sticky buttons, but is understandable (as an initial realease). Great potential tho! having lots of fun exploring the word

after killing something and it continues to attack it will even do this if i go to a new location to battle, i'll be fighting 2 things at once. seems like something in the code that isn't telling a monster it's dead yet :)

Just wanted to say thanks to the dev for his work on this game so far. I know it's only been out a few days, but he's done a great job at responding to bugs and implementing new features and modifying game mechanics based on user feedback. I'm really excited to see where this game goes in the future. Keep up the great work!

battle in swamplake is bugged a bit. i can fight and kill monsters but the keep on attacking after they die, continues until i run out of hitpoints
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Been getting a "still in combat" bug after loading my game where I keep "killing" the target over and over for 0 xp while it keeps hitting me until I die, even if I swap zones.

battles don't end. selling isn't intuitive. have an inventory screen to what you you are carrying.. decent work but lots to improve. )

i wish the gym was more useful but as it is it is just a gold sink like if you could maybe take a cold bath that gives an increase to deftness exp and strength exp the longer you stay in it would be nice otherwise there is no reason to use it

if the sword is supposed to be more powerful but slower than the knife why does the bronze sword only have 14 damage while the bronze knife has 15?

Poplar arrow shafts, requiring level 11 woodworking give 60 xp each.
Birch arrow shafts, requiring level 35 woodworking give 39 xp each.
I have not tested all of them but this seems to point towards some xp values not being well balanced.

The message for making arrow shafts from Poplar logs states that arrow shafts were made from White Pine but are correctly added to the inventory as Poplar arrow shafts
