It is a bit easy, I don't see why everyone thinks one unit is bad, abilities + bombs make all units equal - if anything, mages are the least useful for quick kills..

2 EZ.
In the last wave, I started with my worst units, and I won with them. We could have some hardcore waves not necessary for completion, maybe in a sequel. 3/5, would play a sequel.

Sadly, couldnt finish it. After i destroyed the middle gate, instead of next resolving the bottom fight, it went back to setup phase and i could no longer exit that phase (behaved as if i hadnt set up all my units, but i couldnt do that cause one gate was down)

Great game. I would have wished for a bit more campaign. Hint, getting the quick mana regen is extremely helpful to not run out of soldiers. Get the bombs as regular (obviously because you have it already), ice, the yellow one (forget the name), and then big bertha. Once you have big bertha, just use it constantly. It is impossible to be beat with it.

The amount of lag in this game is sickening. Without ANY upgrades to army cap size, my game froze in every round following the first wave of battles. This is absolutely unacceptable for low-bit graphics considering I can play modern AAA games on this computer without issue. Not really fixable in a game like this, but it's something to consider for any other games you guys decide to make.

I really liked the spearman gameplay. It was a strategic combination of bombs and pushes balanced with your mana. Wizards was make a wave then spam the active until the wave could one-shot clear their HP. Knights were a poor balance of both- I didn't really like them, and used them solely for holding off the top line. Spearmen wound up giving me an awesome final battle. I just wish I'd had time to max my upgrades first. Going by the advice of ArtixBot, I wound up winning too fast. Very fun game though. I hope to see a sequel.

So I spent a good number of rounds fighting waves after I got all upgrades until I realized you had to send multiple units down one lane to close a portal. By the time I got to the final boss, my units were so high leveled that I mopped the floor with him. I should complain that it was not made clear how to beat the game, but I won't. It has been a while since a game has not spoon fed me what to do with a million tutorials. 5/5

Tips TO WIN THE GAME:
Swordman 1st(the best unit to handle): Attack (1st) Defend (2nd) Push (3rd)
Wizard 2nd (the best for far range push): attack (1st) Push (2nd) Defend (3rd)
Spikeman 3rd (not that good but useful for pushing): Push (1st) Deffend (2nd) Attack (3rd)
From the best unit, i recomend the swordsman or the wizard, click on them outside the spawn regularly and uses the bombs from 1-5 instantly, the bombs help to push back and decrease the enemy units.

Every time, I beat a skeleton with a helmet on the top row my game just freezes. It has happened quite a lot and it is quite frustrating. Can you fix this please?

Great game! Good job. This is one of those games that is fun to play, but that you just know, with a little tweaking, a few more features and a littte more work, the sequel to this game will be amazing. A cool deal is that the art wouldn't need to be any better. The Bit aspect is endearing. Just skill trees, different base units, choosing your base units, items etc. The sequel could just be epic.
Good job.

I think the most useful piece of advice to get the bombs before getting the bottom upgrades on shop and to make sure to upgrade defense. And, don't hurry too much finishing the game, because leveling up will save you later

TIP:
top:Knight, max defense
mid:Spear, max push
bot:mage, max attack
And spam bombs everywhere and don't forget abilities

Maybe I just did really good with the Knight's upgrades, but I beat the final boss in a little under 30 seconds. Do you think that we could see a harder difficulty option?
