to get the 4 minutes isnt that hard just dont serously fight tom until you get fab so just pile all the tombstones in the center and die twice you will get fab in like 2.5 mins tops then just whack tom as hes charging laser then beat the crap out of the skull

Yeah... the whole frames thing isn't very fair. I started right as my clock turned 12:12, and I won when it said 12:14, so it was less than three minutes, but I still didn't get the badge -_-

I don't see how the skull is a big deal, it only becomes difficult when you're going for speed. If you're just trying to beat the game, it's a very simple, watch for the pattern and do your thing. And if you're going for speed and complaining, wtf do you expect from a hard badge?

When you get max level, wait for him to do the laser, then keep attacking him while he's doing the top one. If he dies, then as soon as he turns into skull keep attacking and he will not move, so you can kill the skull stage in about 7 seconds. This is how I got speed razor badge.

Got speed badge, key to success is running after Tom wants use laser and stand behind him. In free time attack graves and you will win.

Keep him at a good distance before he is a skull. He will always attack with the beard twice and then move to the left side and use the eye beams. You don't need to jump over the beams, just stand behind him, touching him doesn't hurt you. While behind him, go to town hitting him. Once he finished the eye beams he will beard attack 2 more times and automatically head to the right side. After this eye beam he will float up and drop loaves of bread, and then he will start the pattern over again.
