Very good game so far, besides the fact that there is no Slenderman. I understand you are working on that. However, quick question: Is the white noise you occasionally hear an indication that Slendy is near? Or is that just part of the sound effects? Either way, it is well done. I almost jump out of my seat each time. Lighting is done well; at the very edge of the flashlight's beam, trees look like people. Overall, shows great potential; I look forward to playing the full version and other games by you (if you make any.)

From what I can see from wandering around is that there is no specific landmarks on witch the notes are pinned on, they can only be found on random trees (except #1 ofc) and I think that is a bit stupid to be honest. I know you can't make the map huge to add landmarks, but if you could at least make the positions which the notes are located to stand out a bit, like the faintest bit of light or small splatters of blood, that would make all the difference. Also, the static in the beginning of the soundtrack made me a bit confused because that means that slenderman is near. Sure, it made me jump the first time but when it just continued every time the track looped just made it irritating.
Otherwise, it looks good. It has great potential, even if it wouldn't be a slender game. This is an amazing effort and I'm looking forward to see this develop into one of the most popular games on Kongregate!

HEY! Did anyone else find the mountain climb into oblivion? I climbed around a mountain path until I found my self walking endlessly across a large rock surface. I wonder if Slenderman is still following...

One issue I have is not knowing how many documents there are. I thought there were 8, but apparently there's more?

So fun, spent a good 20 mins looking for Slenderman, failed badly to find out he isn't even in yet... Reminds me so much of the non web version I have watched so much.

Right mouse button should operate flashlight, trees are too short, shift should make you run... oh... and add a mute button. otherwise trolls will leave comments like 1/5 no mute button.

Played for about half an hour, have 5 documents and haven't seen the Slenderman yet, *looks in description "Not yet added Slenderman". -,-

Would be a great game, once a sense of helplessness is implemented. I want Slender man to be an enemy. I want to get scared... How can we get scared without an antagonist? There's no point of this game quite yet. ADD A SLENDERMAN!

I am for one easily scared. I knew this game might creep me out a bit so naturally, being part mountain goat, I decided to climb up the easiest patch of mountain I could find. Eventually I had gone so high that I thought I saw what was the end of the game. Nothingness. I turned and walked along a ridge only to fall off the edge into what I still thought was nothingness. Thank goodness it wasn't, I simply landed on ground that went on forever. I'm still walking till this day. No one knows where I am at.

I can not wait to play the polished version, this game has great potential. Hell I can see you creating your first FPS game using a similar map.

I would also incorporate traps, a health bar also some land marks so you know if you have been to a certain location already. Something to know that you have already looked there.

Great concept, the mouse should disappear in game so when you turn it doesn't go off screen, also that should eliminate how poor the turning is. Make a game menu so we would just hit escape to get our mouse back. So far I am loving it though great job.
