The controls are just confusing, and it just thrusts you into the game after telling you what the controls do but not how to do. Really needs a training type level.

Ok well, after removing basically everything inside of that guy I wasn't even able to grab the heart to replace it. This is a really disapointing game.

Terrible, terrible game. Controls are shotty, cant keep the cursor in the window, and whenever you try to grab anything, it knocks everything else off the table.

I think we are operating on chuck norris some how, this guy can survive hammer blows to the heart, a hand saw, and a bone saw to the heart, and STILL not die

You can't restart the game, the mouse cursor won't click in the game window. Also I can't pick up most items as they either clip through the surface or what they are sitting on comes with them.

One swift hammer blow to the chest and everything flies out. Now I just need to pick up a scalpel and cut the heart out. Too bad that hammer swing send all my tools flying into the aether.

Just smash the ribs with a hammer, flail the lungs around a bit, grab a scalpel (be sure to use only 2 fingers), cut out the heart, and plop the new one in there. See, heart transplants are easy.

I can't even kill a patient. Great idea, but dropping us right into a heart surgery is stoopid. At least a training video on how to pick something up!

i dont always fail a heart transplant, but when i do, i make sure i stick a hammer, a saw, a needle, and several knives into my patient

nice idea...really great but i think i am to clumsy to even pick something up....if i even knew what to pick up first anyway
