Does anyone know what to do after excising the old heart, inserting the new heart, injecting the epinephrine and reattaching the veins? I can't seem to get the chest sutures to stick. Thanks!

get all the ribs free with a circular saw and he bleeds to death because, you know, if you cut a rib lying on the table, lots of blood comes out.

Easy guide:
Step one: throw everything but the scapels and hammer away
Step 2: use the hammer and GENTLY destroy his ribcage ( Throw all the pieces away)
Step 3: Use the knives to cut the bad heart and throw that away
step 4: insert new heart

I love the idea of this game!!! To bad the controls are so horrible. Could not grab a thing and just by moving the arm was knocking stuff off the table. The movement would keep moving even after i stopped my mouse. I think the idea and the work on it so far are pretty good as far as graphics, but the movement is horrible, not so much the control layout.

Ok so i "hammertime" his entire chest cavity to oblivion, left about every tool INSIDE of him, brutally remove his heart, slit his new hearts throat on accident, and just plop in there. A++..... seems legit.

Lag caused me to lose all the instruments and the heart but I forced my hand inbetween his ribs and I got rid of a meaty thing that seemed like cancer. I didnt complete or win a game or a medal but I saved a mans life today. Thats what matters the most to me.

Takes time to get used to the controls. I myself brutally murdered my pantient only 2 times!(well, 3 if you count the successful transplantation, because that's a murder too). Anyway, it's hilarious while at the same time you feel bad for laughing at it.
