I love QWOPeration, but as soon as it loses mouse focus, it's impossible (half of the clicks are outside the game, making it worse). It doesn't regain focus by clicking on it like Flash does.

just grab something with awer en space shake mouse, everything comes loose then cut the aorta grab heart shake it till it releases, throw needles a bonesaw some jars and the heart in there, he'll live dont worry A++ :D fun game !

I cant play this. When ever I move the hand, My mouse moves offscreen and I can no longre press space without messing up the scroll. fix this, it makes this game unplayable for me

NO chance to rescue this guy. tried to change this two hearts but i cant remove his old one.
all of my instruments are gonna kill him instead of cutting his heart off.

nice little simulator.... why is there no menu system though, I am tired of having to refresh when I want to restart, definitely very qwop-like control
