Seems I have the same problem as the majority of other players... the controls are terrible, it seems to be nearly impossible to grab something. Realism is fine, but making switching tools as annoying as possible doesn't really add anything.

Somehow the surgery had a complication and the patient perished. And I was sure that once I partially removed a lung and tugged on his ribcage a few times he would get better.

Thought I was doing well until I realized my hand was grabbing ribs and organs and not a scalpel. Wish my hand didn't cover visibility of almost the entire chest.

lol i knocked my saw on the ground trying to pick it up and i cant get it back =(, interesting game though, laughted when i took out his lungs and they were still inflating/deflating and i couldent pick up bones and they just kept moving around his chest cavity =D

controls are teribad. great idea but impossible to play. can barely get the covering off...and I've assisted in heart surgery.

This is the most I've laughed in a long, long time. My only complaint is that after I skillfully knocked all of the most useful tools (i.e. the hammer) off of the table and out of reach, I could not restart the game.

This game kinda reminds me of the movie Doctor Strange, where the doctor crashes his car, and destroys his hands beyond repair, and he still managed to save the entire world... This guy can't eve pick up simple objects -_- 1/10

needs a pause/restart button!!!!!!! but hey dropping the transplant heart off the table into an unreachable area isn't such a big deal, it's not like this guy needs it to live.

awsome concept but in learning to play i accidentally flung everything off the table making it impossible to get any further deffinetly need a tutorial round. 2/5 cant wait to see this game in a completed form

well I managed to get ahold of a saw, and now my gay needs a few ribs as well as another lung I did manage to drop the entire cup of q-tips in there to manage the blood loss so all in all I think its a success. now back to running track in qwop

Feels like the QWOP of heart surgery. Funny how i just smashed once with the hammer, took everything out then kept slashing with scalpel until the heart disconnected. Then just threw the heart in. XD

So yeah, i take the saw to his ribcage, and then his lungs begin to vibrate violently, and his right lung squirts out of his body cavity and flies across the room. Hospital ORs must be hilarious.
