I dont know.... I Destroyed all the bone 'cuz i ws thinking !But unfortunately a lung fell in a jar and the saw cuted at half the stomach! I threw the heart in the stomach and i was thinking:he well be just fine!

this game is impossible, but I have never laughed so much in my life. I page of instructions and I'm trying a heart transplant after seemingly downing a bottle of tequila, not sure you had this in mind buts its hillarious

So my patient was loosing a lot of blood rather fast. I didn't really understand until he'd lost all his blood. Then I noticed a rib had been resting on the electric saw, on the table.. next to the guy..

i ripped everything out of his chest, including the lungs, torn out his heart, dumped the scaple, needles, and bonesaw into his chest, then tossed the new heart in...."That looks alright, im sure he'll be fine..." da faq you mean hes gunna be fine O.e lol

OK removed the ribs, lungs, put a new heart in. Also threw in a saw, clipboard, broken glass and some stabby thingies; that will be $500,000 total but for $2M more I can replace the ribs, remove the old heart and sew in the new one and each rib replaced is an extra $15,000. Cheers!

took me 20 minutes to figure out how to pick something up, 3 second to realize this wasn't going to work, and an 5 seconds to get over the fact that i broke the guys ribcage by placing the metal tray on it and letting gravity to do the rest.

after losing all my tools i then proceded to try to rip his heart out it seemed to have made my arm have a seizure i relized i still had the hammer but it fell of the table i proceded to give it the finger and started punching bobs heart
he died

The human hand cannot be successfully simulated with 5 button. With no sign of intuitive controls this game is so hard to play. maybe you should do robot surgery with a robot arm and a way to switch tools on it?

I took a hammer, blew up his chest with it, took as knife and stabbed his heart until if fell off, then threw down the new hearth togheter with some glass and and a piece of bone, A++.
