Uh, every single user creation I try to load just falls apart instead of doing what it's supposed to do. Don't think the save feature is working quite right.

awsome, i love how it doesnt jus do wut it thinks is jus how it should b but instead go through and checks wut the best is

i agree with thorgold, it could be a much better game than it is.
also, the muscles have a tendency to colapse under the weight. i cant decrease the weight by deleting bones, because then the entire frame of the "creature" (which usually ends up as a slug) collapses.

Is this thing even capable of being able to get as far as telling all muscle lines near each other to move at the same time?

im trying to make actual legs, but i cant, as when it tries to walk, the bones move. if the bones were perfectly rigid, then maybe it could walk properly, but it isnt working D:

A tweak to the construction process that would fix many a glitch: Bones don't flex, muscles can attach to nodes OR bones. Rigid bones allows for actual construction w/o the random flops seen in some models, and muscle/bone attachment allows for realistic/more complex designs (humans have muscles join bone, so why not here?)

Hrmmmmm. An interesting program, but it doesnt seem to like realistic creations... ALMOST got a leg to work, but eventually it chose some really awkward movements.

MrPedantic -- Bones have a little elasticity to them, so if they are under a lot of pressure by the muscles, they can stretch.
Also, on another note... I must say that most of the creatures you guys have been making are awesome! Its amazing how much creativity has been put into them :).

gen 220. still imrpoving. haven't even tested it yet. one of mine got a score of something around 300, but it went backwards about 2 px/s

A good game of Genetic algorithm. However, the performance won't raise if a wrong control method is selected during early generations...

2/5, it's a good idea, but this game is a massive memory leech, and it's too hard to make anything more advanced than a slug without it tripping over itself..
