Bit of a clone of Glean, just replacing the upgrading mechanic with a shooting one and the ball thing. Not bad really, but I would like a LOT more instruction on further enemies. The small and large yellow thingies are fine, but the poison gas green ones and the moles really caught me off guard. I had learnt by the time I met the magma thingies.

A pleasant and good looking game. Controls are quickly learned and the reactions to button pressing is precise, what you give is what you get - often you find newbie game dv's giving their characters horribly slippy controls.
Do I have any gripes with this game? Yes, but they are minor ones, it would be fun to upgrade our robot, so that it can drill through steel perhaps? And rather than shooting the denizens of the deep and having to run before everything blows - exploration could be a possibility?
But really, that'd be a "part two" if anyting.
All in all a good looking game with steady playability.
Full marks!

Okay. That was.. rough, to say the least. At worst it was absolutely terrible. I did not enjoy playing this. I still played it though.

Love this game. There is so much you can invest!Like multiplayer campaign, droids(pets) and you guys will do even better than the other games!I seen many games exactly like that but Drillboid is the best!

The graphics are beautiful for a 3d game on kong, i love the detail. there should DEFINITELY be money to gain upgrades, this game realllllyyy needs upgrades, but this game reminded me so much of motherload, i loved that game, i understand u probably dont wanna copy mother load, but if this game was very much like it.. oh hohoho, but otherwise i love this game NEEDS UPGRADES

put in a grapple arm....and a grapple drill...incase theres weak walls...grappling hooks are even more fun when you can grab enemies just to let you know...

Needs upgrades, Making it so the jet boot thingies can make you fly would be cool maybe instead of there being a million caves on planet making diffrent planets, and something to tell you how deep you are would be cool.

an upgrade system would be cool also a civilization build that gives you something too look at and a few rewards points/bonus upgrades

A campaign setting with missions or something of that sort would be a lot of fun in this. That said looking at other peoples comments it looks like you probably have a lot on your plate already - this might be better as a later update. Awesome game so far!

Found a common bug that's probably not worth mentioning. Sometimes when you fall from a height, you'll fall through a layer of floor. It doesn't really matter though since you can just dig yourself out though. XD As the game is right now, 5/5 ^-^

Interesting blend of concepts; I think there's a fun game to be made here, although you're not there yet. The camera's zoomed in too close, making exploration tediously slow, or too easy to blindly run into enemies if you go faster. (Combining this with no health refills adds insult to injury.) The levels aren't that interesting on their own -- they look randomly generated -- and the enemies aren't fun to fight -- I can shoot stationary targets from usually-awkward angles, or get mowed down by really fast guys who come out of nowhere. Best wishes for future updates.
