This game may seem hard at first but it becomes easy once you figure out these few rules:
1) Build as many energy nodes and miners as you can. Don't bother defending them.
2) Build all of your Generators, Repairbots, and cannons in a huge pile in the middle of the map.
3) When the enemy attacks, sell off all of the energy nodes and mines that could possibly get attacked. You get a 100% refund for their cost. Use all those extra minerals to upgrade your pile-o-cannons.
I generally go with a 3-2-1 ratio of pulse to THEL to missile launcher. Try to put your Solar Generators on the outside of your defense pile, a fully upgraded Generator has more HP than any other building and it makes a good "wall".

Crimus, glad you like the game! Try using more THELs or Missile launchers, and check out Youtube for mission 6 vids. Remember that missile launchers require minerals to fire, so don't spend it all! :)

Also, I know it would sound farfetched to most people, but maybe PVP. This would also go in conjunction with ally ships and movable stations but wouldn't that be awesome? Swarming your enemy's mining base with ships and fighting over asteroid fields lol. Just a thought XD.

I think it's one of the best games on the site! But I do have some suggestions. Map editor, more enemies, more weapons, allied ships, allied mining colonies, more unique upgrades (Ie: Upgrade pulse to wave or gattling laser), movable stations, and ability to retain your resources but move to a different asteroid field (goes hand-in-hand with ally ships and movable stations).

Seems... limited? Lacking? I do like it, but it needs more options and more depth in the game. As in more buildings, maps, modes.

To those who suffer on Level 6, this might be useful. Build 2-3 additional Solar Power, then 2-3 Energy Storage. Build 1-2 Pulsar 4-5 THOR, 1-3 Repair, and 2-3 Missile. Missile has to be offline till they get grouped. Upgrade everything except Repair. When first singles are out and they are together, put Missiles online and watch it :)

Easy way to beat level 6: 7x THEL level 2, 9x Solar Station 3, 4x Pulse Lazer level 3, 2x Repair Station level 1, 2x Energy Store Level 2. Lump them all together, leave it be.

Sigh, yet another game where they provide the same volume control that comes with my machine... why no option to mute background music (and save the white noise)? Why is this SO OFTEN the case?
