Cannon is easy and trebuchet is to hard. Trebuchet should have angle setting or power setting or something that makes trebuchet easier. All top scores are made by cannon. If you practice cannon for a while you can shoot up all toys that incares your multiplier. My best multiplier 21x

Since I hold the top trebuchet score, I can say this without it being a whine - the release should be reexamined. I'd prefer a cup-type launcher so the sling doesn't add its ration of chaos. I'd also prefer something like a slide bar on the left of the launcher for power (or a pull-back and let go) instead of a timing-based release, particularly since the angle of release is not easily visible from *behind* the trebuchet.

Nice improvements. I like the addition of the cannon. (Would prefer it if the Y-axis wasn't reversed on it, though.) Does the cannon have a variable charge? If so, would be good to have some kind of indication. If not, might be a nice addition. Would also be cool if, when you select the cannon, the trebuchet took its place in front of the chair by the window. Mostly, though, thank you for taking our comments seriously, and for taking the time to let me know you'd done so. :)

Centerline would like to thank everyone very much for giving Trebuchet Defender a try. The feedback has been very helpful in deciding what to improve during the time we had left before the Unity contest officially started.

Not a bad game but it is just lacking to me. Needs upgrades, challanges (knock over teddy bear then knight, ect.), lvl changes ect. 3/5 but a very nice start.

The idea is wonderful. The graphics and scoring are pretty darn good. The camera is wonky - sometimes it doesn't keep up with a turn and then locks on again at an odd angle. I'd kind of like a free camera option to look around the room and to not stare at the arm of the couch when a shot goes that way. Ball release also tends to go off at odd lateral angles (odd vertical ones too, but that's probably a combo of system lag and user error).

This game is beautiful, but it feels shallow. Different kinds of balls/multiple balls and a sandbox mode would be awesome.

The camera angles are a little off, even if you line it up with what it shows it might not always hit it. Also, I despise the fact that your trebuchet snaps back to a starting point. If improved this could be a great game. maybe in the distant future add attacking armies? 4/5

Takes practice to get the hang of it. And I still can't get myself to hit Figment (only partially because he's such an old friend). I love all the toys you put in there. Just wish there was a better way to gauge how far along the shot is. It's hard to tell from directly behind exactly how far the arm has gone through its arc. Would also be nice if you could keep the thing pointed in the same direction from one shot to the next.

Finally, a Unity game that's worthy! Add upgrades - more power, different ordnance etc and this could be a classic. 4/5 as it gets stale after 35-40 goes as it is ;P

Man this reminds me of my childhood. I always built something like this out of lego. What you should add/change: the trebuchet should face in the same direction you adjusted it to on the next try. Add different ammo types. Add some more camera angles or make the camera adjustable. Please, please, please add a freeplay mode with infinite shots and even pleaser (I'm losing my grammar; yes, it's that important to me) add a level editor. 5/5

This is exactly what Unity should be bringing to Kong. Great idea, and a wonderful game. I just have to say, if there was a way to control the ball and upgrades based on points it would make this game incredible.
